I'm trying to be fair that's why I watched different interview of different candidates but this interview isn't engaging unlike Boy abunda interview. So I'm in BBM side.
Mas ok sana kung yung nga tanung is yung paltform nila about sa mga issues ng bansa like poverty,unemployment rate,Covid 19 ,corruption,etc. Kasi dun natin makikita kung anu ang vision nila to erradicate or kahit i-mitigate yung mga timely issues ng bansa.
Wala nga kasing kwenta itoh. Nag hahanap lang naman ng Drama yang GMA

I used to hate her politics during Aquino administration because her party destroyed my political ideology, and not criticizing Aquino for his many incompetence in the past. But after almost 6 years in OVP, she proved herself as the most honest and competent leader that we have in present time and that is considering the fact that Du30 admin is always squaring her out because of political disagreement. She is currently the most qualified presidential candidate in my opinion, and I will definitely support her, and cast my vote for her. MAS RADIKAL ANG MAGMAHAL

Too generic answers, and some are even contradicting.
Running independent but still being in LP and saying thats a way to show non-partisanship is contradicting and just a smokescreen. Her answer is very political and not sincere. Its obvious that she wants to separate herself from the baggage of LP and the Yellow color.
Like "Dapat pag nakaupo mahal ang mahirap" - this has been a tagline for all presidents. Generic. The question is how? You say good governance. So how? Her answers can be said by a student. But still to be fair, political, motherhood, typical statements. Typical trained politician.
Just a few examples. Theres no vision, but to be fair she says all the typical politically correct lines. A lot of not so political savvy people will fall for it.
On VP Leni's independent candidate issue - She is. The fact that she started the Unity Talks makes her open to MANY parties w/ the same ideologies and goals. Kung hindi niyo po nalalaman, marami po silang tinanggap na non-political groups that share the same ideas w/ them. Her senate slate also speaks volumes. 2-3 lang ata ang LP members.
Sa 'hindi malinaw' na mga pahayag niya sa governance - She addressed this. Her governance is founded on 3 areas: Transparency, accountability, and people empowerment. May bills po siyang hinain dito nung nasa Kongreso siya. At kita po ito sa OVP. ISO-certified, 3-time COA awardee, at marami pang ibang awards na nakuha ang OVP under Robredo. Ito ang leadership na aasahan at napatunaya na sakaniya.
Hindi nga naman kasi pulitiko si Leni. Matagal na po siyang public servant kaya maalam siya rito.

The unity talks thing, yes I saw that, but the bigger question is if she is really open to unity talks, is she open to step down and not be the leader of the united team? Is she willing to support another candidate? As far as I see she is not, the unity talks is a smokescreen for other aspirants to step down to further her agenda. They branded it well though, unity talks sounds good and theres a ring to it.
Transparency, accountability, people empowement - yeah thats the thing for me, maybe its her communication, but its still unclear, being transparent is a tagline of a lot of presidents. Anti-corruption etc has been used again and again. Platforms should be more concise. They should be actionable steps. There should be a 'how' not just a 'what'. Like in the case of her hometown, she said when asked what she did to make it grow, she said did 'good governance'. What does that even mean.
Id argue that she one of the most politiko in this group of people actually. Her lines are very politically correct. She looks trained. Her lines sounds really good to the ear. But thats the issue for me why i think she lacks sincerity.

This interview is more on personal issues but its also nice hearing this, I was really Impressed about the interview by Boy A on All the candidates, its what people need to hear, about their past responsibility in the country, really did a research and discussing about written and reported records of each candidates, issues on health, drugs, poverty and etc.

Yung kahirapan sa Region 5 ay mas responsibilidad ng mga Governors, mayors at iba pang local officials...hindi lang ng presidente o bise presidente. Ipa life style check nyo ang mga yan at makikita nyo na sila ang lalong yumayaman, lalo na ang mga political dynasty. Ganito rin ang totoong nangyayari sa ibang rehiyon. Kaya dapat maging matalino sa pagpili ng lider.

Can't agree sa statement ng GMA: "The questions are tough because the job of a President is tough." These questions aren't tough at all. Not even close. The questions that should've been given are the related to the problems our country is facing hindi yung personality based questions. They could've asked the presidential candidates what programs they have to improve our health care system, how will they address the lack of job opportunity in Ph which the main cause of poverty, what programs they prepared to improve our agricultural sector which have been long neglected by the government for so many years. You know, these are the questions that MSM should ask these candidates so that people can discern who to vote based on their answers. Naging talkshow lang ang dating nitong interview nato eh.
The thing about questioning those kinds of problem (poverty, employment, agriculture, education etc.) is that they can only say words. Jessica did great with the questions. She emphasized what they've already "done", and given them the chance to justify their "issues". It's a presidential interview to see what kind of character they have, and though they can be asked questions about their motives and plans, it'll be too far fetched because there's no way to prove it.
And FYI, talkshows can be under interviews.
