Where do you put the laces once you do the bar method, ive done it and it is uncomfortable inside of the shoe so i tie them as usually and then hide it behind the tongue but is there a better way?

I got the same dunks I took the diamond thing off and bought 45" laces from lace lab..I just lace them normally except I leave the top eyelet open.
