- NEW Yellow MRT train now to the Famous Rod Fai Train market. It used to be difficult to go to Bangkok's most popular Night Market, but now you can get there easy by Monorail and BTS.
Take the BTS to Samrong station and switch to the Yellow MRT Line that opened in June 2023. You can also use the Blue MRT and go to Lat Prao station.
The Srinakarin Night Market is located near the Seacon Square shopping mall. ตลาดนัดรถไฟ 🇹🇭 Thailand great for Thai street food.

This has always been my favorite night market. I hope tourists can find it now as well.
I personally love the yellow light decoration at the platform.
Thank you. I will be in Bangkok next February and maybe i will have a trip to the market
Yes I visited this train market at 10 and 11. Juni. It is so easy now with the yellow line, this market is really interesting, very big and has some nice shops. But also very much people at night. I came at 5pm when opening
It’s more far away then I expected, anyway better use the train. Good tip for a nice evening 👍🏼🇹🇭😊
Bangkok is Modern city and an amazing city. 👍👍 Love and like that city by public transportation is an amazing. So very easy to connect every places.❤️❤️

@@jomontanee You are welcome.🙏♥️🌺🙏
My wife was just through BKK and said the yellow line was free for a couple days……had to get her daughter from the university 🇹🇭
Next station in the near the end of this year the Pink Line will be operated for free as well.keep looking forward.
Now it's so easy to go there.
I have been your fan for a few years. It would be nice that you could have mentioned the train cars were Made in China. Including the SRT pink line too.
Thank you for the support. I will mention it next time :-)
Best night market I have seen so far in bkk.
Another belting video I straight away was thinking and working out how to do it from my nearest station when I come back, it's a definite must next time I'm there
amazing Thailand I love Thailand
Hey it's Thierry.
Thanks for sharing your explorations.
Nice meeting you the other day Thierry :-)
Thank you for introducing this very original night market in Bangkok to tourists. It's still one of the most interesting night markets. Before the Yellow Line, it's very difficult for tourists to get there.
You can use your Rabbit Card for the Yellow Line (also free during trial run). This card can be used for some public buses/boats.
where to get the card and how to use it. I'm about to go to Bangkok next month

Very cool that you can get to this night market by BTS now. I had to take a taxi from Udom Suk back in 2019.
Super update again khun Jeroen The new train makes it easy to travel.

Thanks for this Useful Information how to travel to this place. 🙏
Great video Jereon. Really helpful to know about the new lines
Thanks to you, we heard about the line opening, and were on it the next day. We understand that it stopped running at 8 pm. Is it operating until later hours now? Like to go to the night market again, but, rather not have to find a taxi to get back. Many thanks for your videos - so very helpful!
Ciao jeroen I took note 👌📝about the market 😊😍

Fresh news and thereby also bringing up old memories…
There was a bar/ night market area at the rail way crossing at Ploenchit. Was it called Soi Zero ?
Just checked and there is - still - an OTOP ( one tambon one product) store.
Will the OTOP shops be rejuvenated if Thaksin returns ?
Beutyful Night ❤❤❤❤
beautiful
If you travel from Bangkok downtown. It may be faster if you take airport rail link train, then connect to the monorail train at Hua Mak station.
Yeah, that's another option. It depends a little bit where you start. It mostly would involve an extra train.
Nice night maket 😊🫰❤️
I'll make the effort to visit, in Nov. I'll be staying at a guest house not far, as I wanted to try the yellow line from Hua Mak/airport line. I gather the interchange there isn't in place yet?
It looks like I just missed you last night while you were making this video. My wife said she saw you on the BTS platform in front of Seacon square. Maybe one of these days I will run into you. Would love to chat a bit and thank you for all of your updates. It’s always appreciated!
Seacon Square… great memories, on the 90’ies it was the best place to go to the movies
@@woutergijs5246 I never went here for the movies. I used to teach at a language school here years ago on the weekends. It wasn’t as much fun as the movies would’ve been. The school changed owners about 5 or 6 years ago so I decided to stop working there.
Hi Jeroen, vraagje, kun je 's avonds ook weer terug met de monorail en bts? richting asok,......tot welke tijd nog?
🥰🥰🥰
What happen your line chat???
YL 20 21 22 and 23 are red. Does that mean those station are not operational yet ?
No, the train started at Samrong station and all dots where green. The station you pass turns red. The whole Line is open now.
@@globaltravelmate I understand now. The Yellow Line station indicator works similar to BTS . Thanks for the clarification and keep up the great work you do to keep us up to date .
😎
Once again! Great VIDEO again
