Sir I want to make smps 40v3amp charger for my for 36v volt battery so I have core 42*15 which is very big core the Ae of core is 1.77 and I need turns of primary and secondary and wire gauge also needed.. I tried to calculate tranformer but according to awg chart my desired frequency does not match the value of wire frequency value eg: I tried to set my frequency to 80khz but after calculations I found that the wire is not support 80khz frequency can I use 2 wire in parallel to increase frequency and amp ?

Jitna mota primary ka wire hai utna mota copper ka enameled winding wire le lo usi tarah secondary ka bhi copper ka enameled wire le lo jitna mota lga hai. Fir jitna turn primary me hai utna hi turn maar do same secondary me 24 turn mard do aur primary secondary winding k bech me insulation paper bhi daal dena.
Kisi kisi core me hota hai air gap Core ko saturation level per jane bachata hai aur also indutance factor ko adjust karne k liye ham air gap de sakte hai

Volt will not increase only current will increase by parallel conductor or liting,
25 mm wire is very thick it will not fit
