Thanks, Kevin. I have an older Kirby and height adjuster slips down to the lowest level when I push the top button instead of one click at a time. Which part needs replacing?

Quick question: Does the Kirby TechDrive power assist mode only work when being pushed, or does it also assist with the rearward movement?

When in Drive, the Kirby is easy to pull backwards. It is not easy to pull backwards on carpet when in Neutral.
