Aorto atrial fistula; rare case presentation

Aorto atrial fistula is a rare disease which can be congenital, acquired or iatrogenic. Presenting a case of middle age male with symptoms of heart failure caused by aorto right atrial fistula from right coronary sinus of aorta through right atrial medial wall into right atrium just superior to septal leaflet of tricuspid valve.
