I can see in the eyes of this guy's, I mean both of yall are just pure comic fan at all, dunno why but I can sense him that he's knowledgeable and as a fellow comic reader too this just put a smile on my face
Present: Pouch which is in the hands of a friend of Constantine currently. Past: The helmet which was traded. Future: The Gem which will be in the hands of John Dee.
Something must have gotten in my eyes when Morpheus took back Gregory. Maybe a bit of sand. Cain and Abel should have been more forthcoming with those letters of commission. Well, I think Gol… er, Irving (in my heart) can also grow up to be an honorable gargoyle. Don’t worry about him getting a little splatter on him there. After all, it’s only blood. The Fates were pleasant enough, though not too kindly.
I've never read the books, and I didn't know what to expect, but after only a few minutes of Gregory on screen, I was nearly crying when he had to be absorbed :( Pour one out for the goodest gargoyle boi :(
@@IceMetalPunk I'm impressed by how immediately endearing they were able to make him. If you do plan on reading the books, finding out Gregory's role at the beginning of issue 2 will likely make the show version even more heartbreaking. Undoubtedly goodest.
This was the episode that made me realise I had made a Big Mistake - I downloaded the show on my iPad to watch on a long train trip. I didn’t think about Maybe not wanting to UGLY CRY IN PUBLIC. Loads of people on the train, too. Not my best move. 😆 Anyway. I didn’t stop, because if you’ve already ugly cried once… 🤷♀️
I've watched several different reactors and you two are one of my faves (it's also nice to hear Aussie reactors for a change). I haven't read The Sandman since the mid 2000s and remember some things, otherwise most of it is "new" to me - though I suppose with the show's changes it is. It's been fun watching how complete noobs react with awe, shock, and curiosity, while the hardcore fans experience pure joy, reverence and dare I say, gratitude, at seeing The Sandman finally brought to life.
Love watchin your reactions. I have read comics all my life and this is like a dream (pun intended) to have all of our favorite charters and stories come to life. They may not do the best job all the time but this one is pretty damn good and really lovin the series. BTW ... your comic collection makes me drool all the time , there is no doubt you are a true blue fan of the comic book arts lol
Can somebody explain why the Corinthian can freely come and go? BTW no worries about joyful blurts being spoilers. No significant spoiling impact it’s just fun and gets the viewer excited.
He was originally just a nightmare so had freedom to terrify but went rogue, his purpose was just to frighten as the perfect nightmare, but then he started killing. That’s when we see dream go to stop him. He can come and go at the moment because dream was so powerless and searching for his tools when we see him leave the dreaming again.
I think Boyd Holbrook has found that one iconic character for him to personally possess as his own. He is the PERFECT Corinthian.

Finally... a reaction from actual fans that I can relate to 😊
Trrr

I just found your channel and I should say that you guys have the best reactions. Love your energy
Okay, your reaction to Gregory immediately made me a subscriber!
Loved the comics, & didn’t see it coming at all
It was a shock! I’m glad they changed from him absorbing the letter he gave Cain and made it much more personable.
Awesome reaction like always. This show is sooooo good. Can't wait to see more reactions from this series.
I can't wait till yall reach episode 4! This show is fantastic so far.

Guys, could you increase the volume of the footage? It's very low compared to your own volume.
Finally, more of y'allz accents. And I guess your reactions a pretty good too :P

Dream is so lonely...feel bad for him
Just subbed! you both should really watch Hannibal, Lucifer, Sherlock, or The Witcher if you haven’t already
