Better to have a nurse on the floor to offer help than on a screen. If stuff hits the fan, is the virtual nurse going to be able to help the nurse pass meds to her other patients 🙄. It seems like an okay idea for admissions, education, and discharges.

That is exactly what it is meant to be used for, admission and discharge documentation and education.
