    I have noticed that sometimes healthy hair won’t hold a curl as well as more damaged hair.

    • @dr.m6152
      @dr.m6152 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      That is true. It depends on how your hair was originally as a kid. I originally had straight ish hair which later got curly. Now that it's healthier it looks straight wavy again!

      @@dr.m6152 your right. It’s all about the amount of texture you have in your hair. Texture holds curl for sure.

    The got2b beach trippin texture spray works really well for fine hair. It works best if sprayed before curled, but still gets the job without weighing hair down done if sprayed post curl.

    I saw two Tresemme Heat Protectants in Walmart. One was the version you mentioned in this video--the Heat Tamer with the trigger spray that contains a styling hold in it. The other is "Keratin Smooth with Marula Oil"--which has 5 Benefits in 1 system (Anti-frizz, detangles, shine, softness, and tames fly aways) but it's also a heat protectant up to 450 degrees. Since I was looking for a hair oil, a detangler, and a heat protectant I went with the Marula oil one. All I have done so far is spray it on my hair and it smells nice and I'm totally surprised that it's light weight and not greasy. That's after one quick test so I didn't fully use it yet. Then I came home to find out what the difference is between the Marula oil heat protectant and the Heat Tamer one, and now I see that Heat Tamer is like a heat protectant with hairspray/hold. sooo for those who may go to the store and be confused: Tresemme Heat Protectant with Marula oil (no hold, but oil) and Tressemme Heat Tamer (has hold, but not oil).

    Hey Abbey. I have long, fine, baylaged (lightened with bleach), hard to hold a curl hair too! I recently discovered "working hairspray's". They give hold yet allow you to brush, "szhoosh", finger-comb, and leave you with long-lasting, touchable curls. My favorite is Redken Control Addict # 28. It's a maximum hold but feel's like nothing in your hair. I don't know how they do it, but I can't live without this stuff. Give it a try!
