Happy Anniversary on your channel Scott. I remember when JT recommended your channel, and I started watching. It's been a fun ride so far, some awesome locals, and trains to match. Here's to many more fun filled years watching trains!
Ah congrats 🎉on your 3rd anniversary Scott! Here's to many more years of railfanning! Thanks for Kenova its one of my favourite places for watching the trains. ❤😊👍 & hi to Mrs Gambit! 😊
That is a really cool bridge. I love it. Congrats on 3 years on your channel. I’ve been watching from the beginning when Jaw. Tooth said we should check out 1960 Gambit. Nice over/under meet. Hi to Mrs Gambit. Thank you Scott. ❤
Thanks so much, Robina! 3 years has gone by quickly. I plan on doing this for a long time, if the good lord is willing! Thanks for being here every day, I sure appreciate it! Have a wonderful weekend!
Scott, you couldn’t have time that any better with that over and under if you would’ve wanted to that was awesome but as always my friend you stay safe out there and watch your back and we’ll see you on the next one
Thank you, Timmy! I got lucky for sure! I only was there for about an hour. We were on our way home and couldn`t stay very long so I was glad to get what I got! Have a great weekend!
Cool Kenova, almost always good for a fine show. Thanks Scott and happy anniversary and congratulations on three years. Great job of keeping us entertained.
Thank you for the cool 😎 video today, Scott! The trains you caught were good, and I appreciate them. I hope you have a stellar day! Please tell Mrs Gambit I said hello, and tell her I'm glad she keeps you out of the ditches and on the straight and narrow! 😂 We'll chat again later, and a big thank you again!!! 😃😃😃😃😃❤❤❤❤❤
Happy 3rd Anniversary Scott.... glad that the Mrs Gambit tagged along with you and got in all the action in Kenova... Nice action with the over under.... Yep, you're tied now with Jaw Tooth .... 😊 Stay safe out there Scott... 😊
Thanks Ben! I would have gotten closer but I didn`t want to venture out into the yard and be trespassing. Brian and I got 10 of those there about a year and a half ago that were going to Progress. They had been repainted too!
The guys that run on this line are a pretty friendly bunch. They give out horn salutes and waves regularly! Thanks for watching and have a great weekend!
you know Scott the wild thing is there's a point out on that bridge you could break the law in one state take 2 steps and that state;s cops couldn't touch you for it!! they'd have to file extradition papers!! i;'m surprised the bridge isn't tagged up that much especially that concrete and stone part there!! funny you brought up progress rail i saw something the other about them talking about possibly taking the excess coal hoppers in storage and converting them into small covered hoppers for other loads! three years you say you;ve got a pretty descent sub count for that time length, most channels don;t see 5 digits in a decade of being up!!
Thanks Keith. Yes, you don`t see much, if any graffiti on that bridge. I guess it could be because of where it is at in the middle of town and you could get caught pretty easily. I am hoping to keep this channel going for years to come. I know we aren`t guaranteed tomorrow, but I`m gonna keep on doing what I`m doing!
Do they use a tracmobile to move the coal cars after they're dropped off for loading, Scott? Another question for you if you don't mind; how wide would you guess the river is when you cross over to Kenova? Thank you, Scott. 🤔🙂🙂🙂
I don`t think they use the tracmobile. They use various methods to move the cars. Do a search on TH-cam, there are lots of videos showing how they do it. The big Sandy River is easily 7 or 800 feet wide when you cross the over it to go into Kenova.
I'm new to your channel and enjoying your content immensely. I've noticed in NS grain trains like the first one in this video that there are couple of random cars, the same type that I've seen randomly in other NS grain trains. How do they fit in?
I have wondered that same thing and the only thing I can come up with is that these "unit" trains don`t get broken up and likely when they were put together, they didn`t have enough of the majority hopper cars that you see and just had to put those in to give them the loading capacity they needed for that train. That`s the best guess I can give you. Lol
Good made video, mr 1960gambit. That hornsalute you thank that was for you but no, no no. That was for your lovely lady @1960gambit.Bring her my greet from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean and Northern Sea. Thx for this topvideo 🚆🚆🚆👍💪💪👍👌🚆🚆. Greet from Zandvoort the Netherlands.

Great Video Scott, and great work thus far! I believe those are NS SD70M-2s, and it would make sense that they most likely got sold to progress Rail.

Hello to Mrs. Gambit.
I didn't get a good count on either one, but I know it was a rather short coal train and a good long intermodal in the over/under mee
you know Scott the wild thing is there's a point out on that bridge you could break the law in one state take 2 steps and that state;s cops couldn't touch you for it!! they'd have to file extradition papers!! i;'m surprised the bridge isn't tagged up that much especially that concrete and stone part there!! funny you brought up progress rail i saw something the other about them talking about possibly taking the excess coal hoppers in storage and converting them into small covered hoppers for other loads! three years you say you;ve got a pretty descent sub count for that time length, most channels don;t see 5 digits in a decade of being up!!

Wait where was Timmy?😂
Thanks Carlos!
@@1960gambit no problem Gambit too bad we didn't see Timmy on that grain train haha
that CSX coal train appeared to have 1 hopper still loaded near end of train about 8 min in, is that a problem hopper or a reject load?
I am going to say the hopper had an issue and was going to have to be fixed.
I'm new to your channel and enjoying your content immensely. I've noticed in NS grain trains like the first one in this video that there are couple of random cars, the same type that I've seen randomly in other NS grain trains. How do they fit in?
