@@michelleburbage5560 Thank you for asking. I'm doing a lot better now. At the time I'd just been dumped and was borderline being evicted. Thankful for these guys for giving me laughs when I needed them

My new go-to Thanksgiving video to turn on for the family. I've watched this so many times and I still laugh so hard to the point of tears. Love the Jaboody boys
If there's one thing I really miss from the 90's it's the toy commercials. Not only were there so many, but they were fun to watch. If they had a guitar riff in them, which was most of them, you knew it was good.
The guy with toilet plunger headphones is Ed McMahon. Back in the 90's you'd get letters in the mail from publishers clearing house, and if you won he'd show up at your door with a giant check.
I almost choked on my sandwich laughing at 1:21:46 my eyes are watering so bad Edit: Exactly 2 minutes after I lost it completely. This is one of if not the best retro videos you guys have done lol.
That first one was from that very brief period in the late '80s where Mini 4WDs (basically, motorized model kits that you can build, modify, and race on giant Hot Wheels tracks) were a bit popular in America. Tamiya (who originated them) tried bringing them over, and Matchbox and a few other local companies tried their hand at it. It didn't work out in the long run, but Tamiya still makes them to this day.
I just recovered from laughing at the Thanksgiving Day song segment 1:23:40 . Thank you Jaboody Dubs for a memorable holiday moment i will cherish forever.
thank you so freakin much for the timestamp. was ready to scroll through the entire stream for this one moment I could clip to my friends in 2 days. I love posting awkward shit that makes them question why they keep me around. =)
Since I didn't see any comments about the Toys For Tots number that was called at the 16:40 mark I figure I would give an explanation. Toys For Tots is ran by the United States Marine Corps Reserve and for that part of the US is handled by 6th Communication Battalion. The Inspector-Instructor staff are the active duty Marines assigned to that reserve unit to help with training, mobilization preparation, and manpower management. Also, Pops calling that number was nothing short of hilarious has me wanting to see how the Jaboody Show would handle Toys for Tots.
I actually remember watching this very parade as a kid @ 1:18:43... So either my memory is that bad... that it took that long to remember... or that's how traumatic watching this was. I tried so hard to bury it but it still came back!! 😁😐😑😐😕😩
I remember when I was a kid and rc cars got really big. For Christmas I was anticipating getting the one I wanted but what I got was a small one with a wire attached from the controller to the car so I was like hardwired and tethered to it. Was so not cool
Seeing that disney comercial in the beginning they skipped through fast made me remember two things. The first being that ariel has a daughter from little mermaid and the second being that they made a film called all dogs go to heaven. Damn, the memories.
The minimal wage in the 1980s was this: 1980: 3.10/hr 1981: 3.35/hr 1990: 3.80/hr If a toy cost 14 dollars that would mean you have to at least work 4 to 5 hours just so little Billy wouldn't get bullied at school for being poor.
I love this stream it's my favorite video I've watched this video 20 times at least it makes me laugh sooooo hard especially Thanksgiving Day love the song love the Nastalga of the old days ❤Long live Jaboody Love your work love your humorous jokes 🤣😂
you can actually find slot car shops and race on the tracks while having the yakuza slot-car side quest experience. Seriously i went to my local one to race slot cars and got embroiled in a race for love as i had to reinvigorate the slot-car scene so the store owner could marry his fiancée and be there for his son, it was crazy.
I come back every year for this.
I've been dealing with a lot of loss lately, and this made me laugh in a moment when I needed it. Thank you for helping me through.
super late response, but I hope you're doing okay and things are working out for you.

@1:23:40 Ed McMahon Thanksgiving Day song. Classic!
1:23:45 Justin called it! Thanksgiving DAAAAAAAYYYYYY
That guy's happy because he cashed out his McDonald's coupons for 50 boxes of nuggets lol
It's always fun going down memory lane especially when the Jaboody boys make it hilarious.
Happy to see you guys doing a twitch stream of Thanksgiving commercials, this has me hopeful for a Christmas commercial stream as well
It's November, which means it's time for my annual re-watch of THAAAANKSGIIIVING DAAAAY!~
Thanksgiving Daaaay🎵🎶
This is when we find out there is a Thanksgiving song
In the tradition of covering Hanging Out With My Family, we need a Jerry Curl cover of Thanksgiving Day
1:23:45 the best part of all time.
Thanks! I was looking for this time stamp!
Except they talked/sang over him the entire time...
I saw this time stamp when I started and as soon as this part came on, I knew it was the exact part you timestamped lol
Justin's Kermit helping to finish sealed the deal.
I will say this is a top next to “mashed potatoes and cold iced tea” I’ve never seen Justin laugh that hard.
Belly hurts from laughing. They should do the parade every year♥️♥️♥️
Still holds up after a year
19:02
Those McDonalds Dudes singing deserve $15 an hour.
Starts at 18:33
So good
They make it now xD

1:22:20 is probably the most contagious laughable moment and the hardest I’ve ever laughed at all week
watching this again and the disco part still gets me everytime; and the fact that they are off sync during, is just the cherry on top
I kinda wish the Spirt of Thanksgiving took off on the balloons aswell.
