2 things I noticed right away: first, Watch your alignment, your left foot is ahead of your right, which is preventing you from making a complete turn, it blocks you out. The result is making your ball flight like a slice or fade, and you are only able to make so much contact. You are losing distance because you aren’t making as much solid contact. Also, I think your backswing is taking the club outside, which is fine. But you may want to work on taking the club straight back to hit a straighter shot. Taking it outside is good for fades.
You are firing your hands through first before your hips. Lead with the hips and let the club drag behind. You will make more solid contact, hit down on the ball, and add distance. Ball position should be this: 6i in the middle, 7i-sw should move from right center towards back of stance.
You might want to take a tiny step back away from the ball - experiment with this. The goal should be to have your hands directly under your shoulders. Grip the club at address, then let your hands hang. They should hang directly next to where you grip the club.
Try also slowing down your backswing a touch, this will help make sure you are not thrown out of alignment.
Second, don’t peek after you putt, keep your head down just a bit longer.
    Keep up the practicing. GL

Thank you so much for the advice! Very much a self taught swing and a constant work in progress.
