Awesome introduction of China's industrial equipment. To answer Jason's question: how many elephants are that behemoth excavator's weight equivalent to? Well, the largest adult land animals on Earth, the African Elephants, can weigh between 5,000 and 14,000 pounds. That excavator truck weighs about 1000 tons. 1 ton = 2,000 pounds. We can do some simple math to figure out how many adult African Elephants are in 1000 tons. 1 ton × 2,000 pounds per ton = 2,000,000 pounds. The lower bound: 2,000,000 pounds ÷ 14,000 pounds ≈ 143: upper bound: 2,000,000 pounds ÷ 5,000 pounds = 400. So, the answer to Jason's question is: depending on the weight of the African Elephant, the weight of that behemoth excavator truck, which is 1,000 tons, is equivalent to 143 to 400 adult African Elephants. For other people, the crane in this video that can lift 150 tons is pretty impressive, but is just a fraction of the strongest crane the Chinese ever made. The strongest crane the Chinese ever made, also the strongest crane in the world, has a safe work load of 20,000 metric tons (approximately 22,046 U.S. tons). That's really impressive. Isn't it?! Ascending to 70+ meters above the ground in that enormous crane must have been an adrenaline-inducing experience. I wish I'm there too! 😄 How did you get them to agree to let you get on the crane? Did you tell them that you are a very popular TH-camr and that the video will showcase their mighty equipment to viewers around the world? 😄 Thanks for sharing!

1000 tons is spread out under the wide pads of the tracks it wont sink too much that is light compared to a walking drag line it is a mullion tons they have steel feet in stead of tracks
Sure; that's why thousands of Chinese line up in front of the U.S. embassies every day to get a visa, and the line goes around the block. You don't see any Americans lined up in front of the Chinese embassy trying to get a visa into China. That should tell you something. Hey, ianpolo, if I offered you a visa to immigrate to the U.S. you'd jump on it in a hot minute. You know I'm right, of course you do.
A lot of people underestimate quality of chinese construction and componenents which leads to them being able to just have these incredible machines and also very good quality products and just be very under the radar. If they get the same finance as any other western construction company the quality is the same with less pricing. It's just that over there corruption with corner cuttings to take cash leads to tofu-dreg, tofu-dreg isn't their entire thing and happens to them as much as it does to us sadly. Sadly almost the entire western economy is falling under getting squeezed the money and life out of people, we don't get wage increases but we still have to pay more and more by the year, and give companies more and more profit, while the sa,e companies get to NOT do any fair competition by just "mafia" their way instead of trying to get the best quality and cost down to the people and fighting other companies fair and square.
You're a courageous guy! Props to you! I would have shit on myself at that height. 😢 Whereas your voice was totally calm. Another very interesting show altogether. Thank you.
It seems that there are still too many people who don’t understand Made in China. made in China. Today, all products can be made in China. From daily necessities: toothbrushes, shoes, clothes, kitchen utensils, any supplies, electronic products: mobile phones, computers, drones, air conditioners, refrigerators, fans, LED displays, 5G transmission, various cars: traditional fuels including engines 100% manufacturing of independent, gasoline + battery hybrid, pure battery vehicles, buses, large heavy truck lifts, bulldozers, excavators, cargo ships and tank trucks. Space stations, aerospace rockets, supersonic missiles, warships, various military weapons, drones, aero engines, fighter engines, and the recent breakthrough 28nm lithography machine. Huawei has photolithography machines used to make 7-nanometer chips. The medium-sized chips required for electronic products come from China, which accounts for 60% of global production of medium-sized chips. All the above products can be 100% independently designed and manufactured in China. China has countless software engineers and hardware engineers
@nword3587 😂😂😂 all cranes are made in china. And now they wanna banned them because of national security 😂 but they don't make any. So now us port will lose alot ships because it's expensive.
This is even more impressive when you take into consideration that no more than half a century ago, China was one of the poorest and most undeveloped countries in the world. Their revolution was one of agrarian masses, not industry workers, as Marx once imagined. Today, it is the largest economy, one of the most advcanced countries, leading in many fields of science and technology, and probably has the most modern and distributed infra structure of any nation.

Hey Jason, the US decline is seen everywhere, is not doing well even at the Olympics this time. Can you make a video on that 😄
So just because China is doing good for once the us is declining what a joke just like your country don’t forget who’s won the most Olympics 😂
US will be so jealous and sour.
National security, against the rules based orders 🙃🎯🤣🤣🤡
Sure; that's why thousands of Chinese line up in front of the U.S. embassies every day to get a visa, and the line goes around the block. You don't see any Americans lined up in front of the Chinese embassy trying to get a visa into China. That should tell you something.
Hey, ianpolo, if I offered you a visa to immigrate to the U.S. you'd jump on it in a hot minute. You know I'm right, of course you do.

Looks like US technology copied from about 40 years ago
West has been making these for decades. Look at German Badger
Great sharing.
Really like the wind monitor
With Chevron we lifted 2000 Tons. No this is big but there are bigger.
I'm proud of China and Chinese people

My man's comparing these goliaths to his house while me in Japan am comparing them to apartment blocks.

If uSA did have those, they wouldn't let you on them, because they would be deathly afraid that you would sue them.

if Caterpillar Komatsu machine lasts for 30,000 hours. Chinese machine would last for 10,000 hours only.
thats where the price difference comes.
Nice 👍
This is even more impressive when you take into consideration that no more than half a century ago, China was one of the poorest and most undeveloped countries in the world. Their revolution was one of agrarian masses, not industry workers, as Marx once imagined. Today, it is the largest economy, one of the most advcanced countries, leading in many fields of science and technology, and probably has the most modern and distributed infra structure of any nation.
The colors of Xuzhou construction machinery are getting more and more modern.
Incredible, amazing, nothing is impossible for the Chinese. 👍👍👍👍👍 from Malaysia
China is very innovative and I’m loving it.
chinese are really from earth planet?
Well Russia makes big things and China makes big things and builds big infrastructure and Canada looks at it and does minimal!
For reference a locomotive weighs 190-210 tons.
