Many thanks for your comment stringer 2295 . Just before recording this video, I made a video asking viewers to suggest/request Merseyside locations that I might be able to visit and fly a drone. One of those suggestions was Raby Mere - a place I'd never heard of nor been to. On getting there, I was very grateful of the suggestion and I enjoyed flying around!
What's with all the duck weed it never used to have any at all. A few years ago it was clear with lots of different ducks .parents used to take there kids there. Someone ,it may have been the fishing club.cleared the ducks moorhens and resident heron .if they moved their nests surely that is illegal .haven't been for a couple of years but place looked dead last time I went there.
Mere has only gone like this since the fishing club moved there... Though previously, any weeds etc were cleared from the mere once a year.... Just a few ducks there now...
