I don’t do that because you should take your own measurements as everyone differs. I see people say children measurements depends on age but that’s not true. Take measurements of every child or anyone at all.
But if you want to use the one I used then here you go
Waist 20
Hip 21
Crotch 6
Waist to hip 4
Waist to crotch 6
Trouser length 17
Kneel lenghy 9.5
Knee round 10.
