It’s been loooong since I owned a scale! It doesn’t bother some people but for me I don’t like the pressure it puts on me. I can tell by my non-stretching clothes if I have gained or lost weight. I’ll just say try not to use it too much, especially during that time of the month when we ladies put on water weight.
