Her character design is cute but I feel like the Vocaloid AI voices all have a problem of missing the notes too frequently. It ends up sounding like an amateurish singer at best, when they're too flat or sharp on every other syllable. It kinda sounds like she has trouble holding any of the notes at a steady pitch?? I like her voice tone but from my experience vocaloid-ai is really hard to use because the editor doesn't give you much control over what the AI actually does.
Hard agree on this. Her tone has a nice husky quality to it but there's definitely a really distinct flatness and choppiness to all these demos that seems to be an intrinsic issue with how generally janky Vocaloid6's AI engine is. I'm sure people will be able to make great things with her voicebank, but it really says something about V6 when any SynthV voicebank rendered on Instant Mode with no manual tuning adjustments can run absolute circles around this in terms of smoothness and realism.
@@Gubbinator I think its possible that they literally can't, because if youve used V6 AI, you will find that as you edit the pitch and fix stuff thqts wrong and flat about the generated pitch, the AI basically keeps re-rendering earlier stuff as you go, and re-introducing the mistakes you fixed earlier over and over again. So I'm not sure that you even COULD just tune around the problem.
@@mekabare I noticed a strange vibratto here and there as well, and I wonder if thats a choice made intentionally by whoever tuned the vocals, or if the program just kept re-introducing that on its own so they put up with it being there.
There have been plenty of cute girl Vocaloids with deep voices. Luka has always has a mature sounding voice, and IA was kinda a middle ground but could go deeper depending on how you use her. Nekomura Iroha and Sachiko both have deeper voices.

I'm very happy for Internet co releasing a new character after all these years, it's good to see the family growing and what better than with this pretty girl with cute design and beautiful voice, she sounds very cool despite being in V6. I'll be waiting for her release date and Shiki Rowen's too. ❤
