    Thanks for the kind words man. I'm digging on this one. Not sure how the carb level was too high. I normally up the pressure the day before canning just to seal the deal, but not enough to have made that big an impact. Definitely going to take this feedback to heart and figure out how to resolve for future packaging. On tap, it's perfect carb level. Cheers!

      I wouldn't look too far into it. People perceive stuff like that differently. It was a fantastic beer.

    I loved Matt’s beer. I found it really complex and had some interesting malt character I didn’t pick up on the others.
