Even if most people were vegan 50% of the time, it would immensely help the planet and our minds and souls. Please don't judge people for not being 100%. We don't need perfection, we need some form of commitment. Even if it means only switching from cow's milk to a plant-based alternative. One thing still helps. Reducing your meat intake to once or twice a week, still amazing and helps immensly.

So here is how to tell if two people dont really know and like each other (the opposite applies too): - they dont maintain eye contact, they look away a lot - their smiles rarely reach their eyes - they keep talking about themselves and cant talk about a subject without mentioning their personal experiences all the time - they dont listen to each others answers and dont really build from there - they keep saying theyre "twinning" lol

For me Miranda was always the most naturally beautiful VS model with a stunning figure along with Doutzen Kroes. She’s now 38 with 3 children and still looks amazing. I also like the fact she’s now a hugely successful businesswoman as well, she started her own skincare company ‘Kora Organics’ from scratch using money she earned from modeling. Whereas most models just put their name on any old products made by a huge cosmetic company whereas Miranda did it all on her own and her products are actually ‘certified’ organic unlike most skincare.
