all you need is sunscreen!! 1/4 tsp on face and 1/4 tsp on neck and ears to get the SPF labeled on the bottle...any less would be a really low SPF :) i learned this recently that most of us under-apply SPF so i'm trying to play catch up as well!!!
Some of these products has makeup solutions in it that gives an illusion that the product is working… . I need to see her day to day skin. Not an advertisement ad. The day to day commercials are not working so they use TH-cam for ads. Lol

Reframe skincare in terms of skin health-protecting it from ultraviolet radiation and free radical damage, not necessarily stopping the aging process.
