17:27 straight bullcrap, fortnite is a cpu heavy game especially in performance mode, you think the random framedrops and stutters are from the gpu and also the low fps? Gtx 1070 can get 400fps on performance mode if you pair it with a cpu that can push that many fps aswell

if you are using a 1060 you should definitely cap your fps to like 120. i have a 1030 so i capped it at 60 and now get no stuttering.
