Vice President Kamala Harris‘ endorsement by President Joe Biden as his pick after bowing out from the presidential race has put her mixed record on crime back into the spotlight.
In recent years, Harris has portrayed herself as a criminal justice reformer, but her history has not always been consistent.
She proclaimed herself as California’s “top cop” in 2016 as the state’s attorney general and was a “polarizing figure” due to some of her stances on major criminal cases and policies, reported the Sacramento Bee.

So she locked up the small-time offenders and let the 3 time felons walk free. Amazing work Kamala
I'm on the fence when it comes to 3 strike rules.
On one hand, there is a point where we really do need to put people away for public safety.
But on the other hand, I've heard of so many horror stories of people with trivial ass priors getting what amounts to life time sentences for something that should be a few weeks of community service. At the very least if someone has been in criminal remission for a couple decades that should count in their favor.
It is almost like we want to keep the dangerous people on the streets or something with the way the system plays.
She also sucked her way into power

she kept people past their release dates for cheap labor
What about sending blacks to prison for simple weed possesion as won't say that huh

I'm almost certain, the statements on this video are all half truths, so it becomes worse than lies... but also think about the character of the person who put up the video and is on camera stating it... it tells me that person is very conniving as is her true self.
