  • It's sad to see an iconic piece of aviation history just being retired and scrapped like that. Seeing all the 747s being scrapped hurts me and the aviation community just as much as everyone else involved in the 747 program way back then. And may I also add, the people involved in scrapping the planes too.
    Thank you to Joe Sutter, Boeing, and the team behind the 747 project, for developing this revolutionary aviation marvel. Aviation would never be what it is today if this plane never came to be. A big hats-off to Mr. Sutter and his team of engineers, "The Incredibles" for the incredible plane.

      Sorry for the late reply, lmao
      Though I wouldn't say I'm a professional. There's way too many flaws on this model 🙃

    I have one question, how do you assemble each segment so neatly? the wings in my models have started to regularly ‘bend downwards, how do i fit it?. great model btw!!

    • @PAWaviation15
      @PAWaviation15  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Good question! The same thing actually happened to my A380 model. The key is to properly glue the wing box to the interior of the fuselage. That will keep your wings from sagging. Or at least, that's my advice for you. Also, I cut out and prep all the parts for the segment I will make next, before assembling those parts together. I do the same thing for the rest of the plane

      Also, in the beginning of the model, why do many people apple glue with a plastic card before starting the model?

    • @PAWaviation15
      @PAWaviation15  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@rud9713 That's a step that would be useful once the model is complete. You've noticed I spray-painted the model with a clear coating. The glue applied on the pages with the plastic card prevents the actual paper from absorbing the spray paint, which would result in an ugly output
      I got this info from Hermercraft, as well as a lot of models that I've been making for the past four years, so thank him for the tip

    Very good video friend, I have a question, is all that made of paper or is it another material?
    If so, can you pass it on to me?
    Thank you!

    • @PAWaviation15
      @PAWaviation15  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      99% of it is paper, specifically, 200gm Vellum board paper. The 1% is a small counterweight inside the nose area of the plane ;)
