Just catching the rewatch... Great to have InArt/John (not Johnny) answer questions and talking about upcoming projects! Thanks Jay for hosting! But once again, I'm disappointed with some of the questions presented to John... constantly the "Can you make ?" type questions. I mean, it's a complete waste of time asking if InArt can make Marvel and Star Wars characters when we all know that Hot Toys has the exclusive licenses to both IPs. Also, InArt's throughput is very limited with releasing maybe 3-4 figures a year (at best)... do you think they will make some obscure character? Let's ask questions like "How are preorders coming along for Paul Atreides?", "What's the next character(s) that InArt is looking at from the Dune franchise?", "What did they think of Hot Toys version of The Batman? What are some major + key differences will collectors expect to see between the two figures?", "What are some things InArt has learned from the last few releases (e.g. manufacturing, releasing, packaging, etc) that they have applied towards future releases?", "What would be the difference between Hot Toys' version of the Batpod vs InArt's?"
He can’t comment on anything hot toys. He/Inart would/could have legal action taken if he says anything about hot toys.

What a great time to be a 1/6 scale collector. It really is just amazing what they can do at this scale. I grew up in a time where you were lucky to get anything remotely close to what a character looked like. Thanks for the video Brother Cousin's!

Pls don’t excuse the influencer batch . Because the issue is not they get it first , the issue is they get it 7-8 months before other people . They have already closed the POs for those figures long ago , so it’s not real marketing .

There is an error in your thinking. People have Preordered but not paid the whole thing. So if they decide not to pay for the figure because there is no inhand pics/videos inart is gonna have a huge hole in their pockets. Influencers convince people to put down their 400 to 500 bucks. Its about people actually paying their invoices and not deciding to abandon their po
@@mucknstrunz there is an error in yours . Many of us have paid in full . If anything , the huge gap of time rather makes people quit ,if they haven’t paid upfront ,not get pumped . You can’t stay pumped for near a year since you saw a YTer get it . And if you’ve DOPO paid in full like me , you only grow to resent the brand .

Some key points!
- The Batman was delayed due originally to a small quality issue, better pictures and an unboxing are being taken this week pending approval from Warner Brothers. John addresses the negative feedback just as a result of the lower quality production pictures, and that those pictures were just released to show they were late in production.
- When asked how deep the Dune line will go, John was open to community feedback. Mentioned an existing poll collecting feedback on which characters people would like and from which movie.
- InArt Gandalf is possibly on the final batch and Pennywise production is complete.
- The Batman is definitely next, then Aragorn, who is still in production.
- Batch releases are still necessary to maintain the quality, as rooted hair is done by individual people planting the hair themselves, but the team has been and is being expanded, and other factories are being brought in to increase production speed.
- Reeve Superman is still being worked on, production delayed due to taking on community feedback, but no real news.
- There are still plans to release a lot more from The Lord of The Rings, mainly the fellowship, Frodo and Sam are mentioned but they are likely working on Legolas next. Currently working with teams who have access to better source matieral for better references for the costumes, so no estimate yet.
- They have Dark Knight Batman planned, but no real news.
- BVS Batman is being worked on, looking through source materials to get the figure better than others on the market. Plans for Wonder Woman but no news.
- Batman Begins is a big request that they're keen to work on. No real news yet.
- Potential for Batman 89 but no real plans, acknowledged that Catwoman is a popular request but Joker is a difficult licence to get.
- Ron and Hermione are hopefully up for preorder this year, no news on Dumbledore.
- A couple of new global licences, including a regularly requested popular global licence have just been agreed, chat suspects it could be Terminator, but InArt can't confirm or talk about them just yet.
- John seperately seems positive about the likelihood of Matrix figures from the original movies.
- Daenerys is still being worked on, but no real news.
- Bruce Lee from Game of Death is hopefully going to be made in the future in his iconic yellow jumpsuit, since a licence agreement was just signed.
- For global licences, InArt are hoping to take advantage of local US distributors like Big Bad Toy Store, currently no plans for Sideshow mentioned but orders will work in a similar way. Europe will be more challenging logistically but will still be accommodated.
- No real plans for video games, specifically for God of War or Final Fantasy 7, no real plans for vehicles or anime except for Chainsaw Man, which we might hear more about in June.
- The company is trying not to announce too many products for preorder so they can keep on top of quality control, and production and distribution speed.
- Some potential future plans for horror collectors but no franchise in particular named.
- Due to mixed reviews on the magnetic bases, they are planning to do a poll asking if people would like an optional display with a pole to hold the figures to be included. The Batman will have a new, different type of adjustable magnetic base.
- Regarding accessories, such as the Gandalf stone and the Joker's detonator which have been released seperately, they are still entertaining the idea of unlicensed accessories to be released, seperately or on their website, but that they hope most licenced accessories will be included with the figures.
- Regarding numbered releases, they expect only silicone figures would have to be numbered since it's a difficult material to work with.
- John farts incredibly loudly, which offends BC, who immediately stops the stream.
