Hawaiian Electric crews join power restoration efforts on Hawaii Island

The damages caused by Hurricane Iselle to Hawaii Island and specifically, the Puna area were extensive. On August 11, 2014, Hawaii Electric crews were joined by employees from Hawaiian Electric on Oahu to help with the effort, as well as those from Maui Electric. A team from Hawaiian Electric preps electrical poles for transport and installation.
