Now the allotment of this m3m project is cancelled. Spectrum @metro seems to be a better option. Also branded stores are there in spectrum. It is not like of chemist and all those daily requirement shops.

i don't think all 3 will be hit (Spectrum, Dasnac, M3M), even GIP failed with entry of DLF MOI.
I think 1 commercia project is coming in 50 sec side as well.

Builder suspected. Caution. Dwarka investors unhappy. Caution . Invest when u collect aap info regarding builders.
Again caution -never book unless u read the agreement one sided in favour of builder. I am victim of top notch builder.
Dont you think this m3m the line project is oversupplied there considering so many other nearby projects withing 2-3 km radius in that location plus seeing the current situation in Noida commercial real estate why do you think high street is really working in noida market as we can see lots of flop example where running a commercial project was a biggest challenge for developers.
Same for M3M the cullinan they are selling their high street but not mall why is it so , does that mean developer is also not sure or having confidence of running its high street market there.
Stop fooling people. You have not mentioned a single thing about ED issue.

from all the commercials, only spectrum Phase 1 has Multiplex (INOX) that is coming up
