😀I was looking for such of a machine. Is there a parts list for this device? I know that some parts are from 8020. How long is it? How wide ? And how far off the table does it sits? Great Machine.
I love it, air cylinders are easy to adapt. The magic is in the air logic.I wish I knew air logic. I'm down with the mechanics. How do you load the rotary table? Bowl Feeder?
@@stevematson4808 I have minimal knowledge about what you spoke. would love to know where do I start with learning this pneumatics and other mechanisms
rotate table is good idea, but i see that when the clinder back up (off), it will touch in rotate table make small movation, and may be tolerance of rotate table in the production
Hye n hello.. I'm a Mechatronic student.. I really love your project.. An would like to remake it again as my project but will make some upgrades like using iot dan other.. Can help me.. With some clues or maybe a scratch or cadd or anything..
Несколько приводных ремней, несколько шестерней для синхронизации, и весь пневмо механизм с электроникой можно заменить одним двигателем, похоже я не понимаю предназначение этого устройства.
Simple but great !
very nice work!

Great Machine.
I love it !
Superb 👍🏻👍🏻
did you buy or build the gripper
Here we should find a way to stop the rounded plate after turning it immediately before the piston returns back
please, can i know all parts using in this system
This is dope

I think clippard pneumatics have alot of stuff that can be used for pure air driven automation.

@@rithiklodha4137 if you happen to be a factory mechanic you'll see a lot of pneumatics.

i m looking for the same for bottle washing machine to load table with high speed
Which plc is used in this project
I've same idea about mechanical pneumatics rotary. that's could be used for any complex and fully rotation. great idea. :)
hi
how can make pneumatic indixing rotary
pls tell me if you did it

@@QwertyCanada Yeah, it's called "Read A Book". It's an amazing book that you can get at the corner of F and U. You can't miss it !

Hanzhen harmonic drive gear ,
over 30 years experience ,
robot joint ,

jesus this guy is everwhere.
that was super cool. which programming language ? or is it an electronic timing system ?
arduino maybe
PLC, its on the title

Money, 80/20, so forth.
what are the component you use to control the air
yes it is
So what's the problem??
hello Sir, can you provide the schematic diagram?
Simple device.. i'm plc engineer
Hai
He controlled manually by pushing the push button.
There is no PLC.
😂 get a clue mate
