You guys really nailed the script on this one, the transitions between notes sounds like its live, I haven't heard a solo violin library that is this natural sounding.
Oh just wait ... The viola is just as delightful and its so neat having this many arts in perfect symmetry between all four instruments in the quartet!

Hello, Troels. I recently bought the violin and I quite like it. Congratulations on making a very nice instrument. I have an issue, however. The legato run articulation has a considerable delay. Since I know many instruments unfortunately have this issue, I would just presume that's the way the instrument is meant to work, but I notice in this demo that when your play it (at 5:42) it is super responsive. So I wonder, is it an issue of velocity? Does the legato run articulation need a very high velocity to play quickly? The keyboard I'm using at the moment is not fully weighted and thus not the best at controlling velocity. Could this be the issue? I'm very tempted to buy the rest of the series, but I'd like to figure this out first, since this is so far the only thing that keeps me from considering this library absolutely perfect. Many thanks !!
Hi! Been a while since this was released. I bought the new Deep Quintet 9RR. It has no shorts. But is this the library that complement them? Or is it another one to get?
Sounds quite good! 3 questions Are this library compatible with Kontakt player (no demo mode) or does it require Kontack full version? Do you plan to release a bundle with the 4 instruments? If yes, will this bundle could be delivered on a physical suppport (on a usb stick, for those of us with a realy poor internet bandwidth)
Good questions. All our instruments require the full version of Kontakt. We have a bundle maker on our website - that allows you to make a bundle anytime you want, but otherwise each of the product is $98, so you can choose what you want. We do not have plans for physical support - not because we don't want to - but because of the logistics associated to it, especially at this price range.

Regading the physical support you could add it as an option if you buy a bundle with a certain number of libraries, a certain amount of Gb, and charge for the price of the usb stick/disk + the postal cost (but I understand it's time consuming and being online-only is more comfortable for you)
Intimate Studio Strings (ISS) was recorded between 2017-2018 and released in 2018. It was recorded in one of UK's finest studios with players from LSO and BBC. The idea was to offer a truly modular set of Studio Strings, which would allow users to choose a given ensemble size and have completely symmetrical articulations amongst all groups. The end-result is a library that offers 256 ensemble combinations, including solo strings. However learning from ISS - we felt we could go even deeper with Solo Strings, so we went back between 2018-2019 and began the recordings of Studio Quartet Series (SQS). The SQS recordings were done in the same studio, but with four hand-picked principals from LSO and BBC. The articulation system is vastly different and deeper than ISS and the only thing they really have in common is the fact they were recorded in the same studio and with the same vintage microphones, but everything else is entirely new, including the recordings. The two obviously work great together due to same studio and all that, but are also truly standalone releases. Let people choose what they want.

Hi great product. I can't seem to manage to trigger the chordal legato though :( when I hover over it it changes to "multi" but it plays as 1 voice

Yes, exactly. Either Deep Solo Series or our ISS (Intimate Studio Strings). All three recorded in the same space with the same players.
