Is there possibility to obtain different results for the same simulation with different versions of aspen? Given that the same property method is used.

Yes, some factors can lead to that;
1. Every new version is an update on the old one which might cause a slight change in results.
2. if we used the same fluid package but slight difference in input parameters o pipeline parameters, we will definitely have different results.
