"This feels like a pretty normal family, y'know?" That's the thing. They always do, at first. The masks are up and the eggshells are being avoided. Normal can be a fragile facade, a mirror behind which the shadows lurk. Until it breaks.
One thing I totally like about Link Click is that you don't need these grandiose stories of saving the world or that the world is at stake. Sometimes just a small story of a single family can have as much emotional impact or even more impact.

Exactly. Seeing a family suffer it more relatable to me than saving the world. lol
people tend to justify abuse in the family and especially against women.
I love this show for showing the viewers that those who use violence's against others have no justification, no good excuses and no reason or logic!

it's idiotic to say that there are no situations where violence is justified. Obviously you don't abuse your family, but there are absolutely times when violence is the morally correct path.
@@arosbastion7052 and this is why I made this comment. Cause people still think like you, and no you wrong! If you get into a situation you need to use any sort of violence, you not in a good place for you or others. It's better to leave or take therapy.
@@mayaha200 I am not sure if that was what @arosbastion7052 meant, but I do see one context in which violence is justifiable: self-defense. Otherwise, I think you are entirely right

Yeah this the most traumatizing episode no matter how many times I saw it
literally. I'm not exactly a person who is somehow sensitive to violence in fiction and stuff but this makes hella uncomfortable even me and that says a lot
@@Daesma999 I think what’s makes it sooo uncomfortable me as soon as the beating sounds comes it’s so loud

@@hano0onatart To me, what's making me uncomfortable watching it, is that... well, it's kinda real. I mean, not the time-travel stuff, nor having pretty pink hair and all, but these families exist, and that's what's making me uncomfortable, and sad...

This set of episodes DESTROYED me when I watched this show for the first time. Here's to hoping next episodes reaction doesn't give the bros PTSD.
This episode gave me ptsd and the next is even worse
oh god istg in this episode i was so nervous and feel like throwing up as my mom and myself experienced same thing. Well not this much violent but still...reminded me my dad's old alcoholic self. It was painful to watch this ep
Despite not having personal experience with physical abuse whenever I watch this episode it's always *really* fucking intense for me

Please watch season 4 and 5 of bungo stray kids. These two seasons were insane to say the least. The plot writing was top tier. Almost every episode was ending in cliffhangers. I was watching them alongside link click and was losing my mind because of these two shows. Link click s2 and bsd s4-s5 increased my stress levels so high 😭
