Love bishops new cut, keep the beard just trim it down some for a fresher look. My son and brother own a barber shop and every time they cut the hair they trim the beard and brows to give it a full clean look. 👏☺️ you look great 👍 😊

My son loves smoothies but we switched from yogurt or ice cream to just fruit and milk (not a lot of milk tho) and can add protein powder, chia seeds, and flex seeds. We also do frozen spinach or kale if my son wants it.

Hearing lacey's story about landon makes me think of my baby cousin. he's in like his late 20's or something now. but when he was little use used to call deli chicken you know like the slices you get for sandwiches flat chicken so it it was a chicken sandwich he'd call it a flat chicken sandwich.

Yummy! Strawberry Banana... But don't kid yourself, Smoothies are loaded with sugar....There is a lot of natural sugar in bananas especially....
