It's back to school time! Today we go shoe shopping for 10 kids and not everything goes great! We should have named this vlog shoe shopping gone wrong!
Sorry you guys got a flat.... I just want to say how positive Bishop always seems to be. He kept telling the kids, there are more stores, and he was so sweet to each kid that found their shoe. He is totally like the cool older brother, especially when he said everyone got grownup drinks, and he got the slushee drink. Mark is also such a great brother to the kids. Of course you and Jared are great parents and always encourage the kids. What a fantastic family you have
Awww Braxton hope its not too painful and heals quickly. Successful day until cookies still needed cooking time, then a puncture, so happy you made it to a car park. Happy to see some of the older kids helping their dad (Jared ) out. SOS to Kylie and Marc, then Marc helping too. I have been watching and following your family for awhile now, and I must say it has been so much fun watching the kids grow and mature. I know you are aware, but you truly have a remarkably great group of kids, It is clear that they are being raised by a set of loving, supportive parents and you should be so proud of them all. In a world where it is so easy to just toss electronics at the kids to distract them, and keep them busy, you take every moment you can to teach them life skills. Love, love, love watching you guys!

Aubrey spreads enough color with her amazing personality and sweetness she doesn’t need color in her shoes. The kids chose some great shoes for sure love seeing their gratefulness and how supportive mom and dad are if their choices. The baking cookies reminded me of my mother in law whom lived in AZ and cracked an egg on her car hood to cook it lol
You all are such role models...every one of you! Quick healing Braxton...that hadda hurt :) we used to cook eggs on a rock outside our home in Eldorado Hills, CA near Sacramento. We were so excited it was 117 one day so we could try turkey eggs. We went to get a plate and a coyote was lapping up the eggs when we came back. We hadn't ever seen a coyote so we thought it was the neighbor dog...chased it off after it tried to bite us LOL
Haha when Mindee , Jared and Shelly were talking about the phone I can vividly recall my sisters listening in on my phone conversations 😂. I don’t miss those phones . It seems strange to be thinking about back to school we have two in college and only one child in school now he will be in 8th grade .

Ask any shoe person,But A 7 in Womans is a 5/6 in kids. Is weird I know. But Im a Size 6 in Womans and my Oldest is a Size 7 but when we go to kids Foot locker I get a size 4 and she get a 5 1/2.. ITS A GREAT WAY TO SAVE MONEY

My dad was super insistent that I know how to change a tire back when I first got my car. He was like, being a girl should not stop you from this knowledge because it's a life skill. I agreed, and so I went out, read the manual and began trying to change it on my own, and I ran into the same issue as Addison. I could not for the life of me get the lug nuts off. Of course, my dad came out to help "poor little old me," and then hilariously, he couldn't get them off either no matter how hard he strained, so we had to call a tire service and the tire service guy couldn't do it manually and had to use an electric gun to get them off. I also mentioned that unlike guys, girls wear skirts and dresses a lot so bending down and rolling under the car and all of that in a skirt on the way to work is just not happening, sooooo now I just have triple A. Life skill achieved: if you can't do it, hire someone who can.
Sorry for the flat tire. I always feel like maybe I avoided an accident by the delay (wrong place,wrong time). Love that Addison stepped up to learn how to change it. So nice all the help from family you got. Despite all that shoe shopping is my favorite video!!
You all should let the cousins dress each other in a school outfit. Like max dresses Landon and Landon dresses max in a back to school outfit. Each kid picks a cousin and dresses them. Then vote on who dressed the one they drew the best. Favorite outfit of all.

Also Jared I agree the teens should set an example for the young ones, I work at an elementary school last week during summer school I was with a kindergartner and one of the middle school kids(they have all kids in one building for summer school) jumped down a set of 3 stairs in the cafeteria and before I could say please walk the kindergartner had jumped too and unfortunately he fell. It was the perfect time to say” as a middle schooler you should try to set an example for the young kids who are always watching and wanting to be like the older kids” to my surprise the middle school student got up from his seat and walked up and down the stairs with the kindergarten student it was awesome to see
I had to laugh that you was making cookies in the van, while you shopped. Here in Northern Lower Michigan we use our decks and porches for extra refrigerator space in the winter.. it would not be a holiday dinner without forgetting to grab a salad off the deck...

Kylie’s fear of a tire explosion was my reality years ago in Central California. While merging off one freeway onto another the entire side of my rear tire, drivers side, blew out. Luckily it was daytime we, sister & I (22ish) were able to pull off to the side and wait for AAA to come. CHP SUV stopped, & waited with us until AAA arrived. The guy who changed the tire said he’d had several calls that week of the same brand of tires with the sides blown out. All had been purchased within the previous 6 months or so.

I had to wear braces all four years of highschool. I got my retainer after, but only wore it for four months before I lost it. Now my teeth look just as bad as they did before. Hopefully you guys don't have to learn that the hard way! Haha

I thought it was adorable when Trey said that the spongebob shoes were satisfying. Thats like a big word for his age. ( 15 years of being a nanny things like that amuse me)
I’m not a fan of converse either. I have a pair I got YEARS ago. But Iv never worn them.
