I cannot explain just how long I've been waiting for this car. Don't get me wrong; I love watching your main content, but just like well-written side characters in a good movie, side projects always capture my attention and curiosity. Keep fighting the good fight my man.
Thanks man. I wouldn't call this thing a side project though... Someday down the road we will look back on this as one of the main characters in this story!
@@Stapleton42 hey buddy, I was trying to purchase a medium shirt of your new flag intercooler shirt. I’m sure that’s one of the most popular sizes, but do you have any idea on when to expect more of those in on the website?
I decided to wait till I watched the whole episode before commenting anything. I love that you always have something motivational in your videos. Inspiring people to do more keep improving it's uplifting. I am in love with that Monte Carlo she's gorgeous. Can't wait for what's to come with it.
Glad to see you had a safe trip .and Dale looks like he's ready for some action can't wait to see what's up next .your trip down memory lane shows how far you have come so far can't wait to see the next years
Paint correction, clear bra, and ceramic coat would be worth every penny on that beauty man. And itll keep it protected AND looking nice for a LONG time
Looks and sounds mean. I learned to drive on a 95 Monte Carlo so that nameplate will always hold a special place with me, no matter which generation it is. Can't wait to see more of it. Take good care.
Beautiful. I Love It. My Pops has a 1971 Monte Carlo SS 454 All Original. Bluish Silver. Getting myself a 1970 Chevelle SS soon too. Excited is an Understatement. Love Your videos Brother. Keep It Up!!
Great to see you getting the old girl running and Shining bright! She looks beautiful man! The struggle is real, but so is the outcome... Keep up the great work.. Reno from Detroit here, I wait to watch your latest videos, keep killin' it...
Man you hit the nail on the head on sleeping in the truck. I drove from Iowa to brownsville and back , iowa to Houston and back and iowa to marble falls and back and drove 94 single cab GMC Sierra. 2 am in the middle of Arkansas start seeing deer eating the grass on the side of the interstate. Couldn't wait to lay down in there. Fall asleep to the pur of a semi truck.
The Monte Carlo looks great! I didnt realize that single stage paint was a thing, I thought that died out in the 2000s. You learn something new every day edit: if you do end up getting the car clear bra'd go to Jose @ Spoiled Luxuries. A good homie, he used to do PPF at Lambo Dallas for a good while before he started his own business. Definitely the best place in DFW for PPF
Your definately not the only one who slides around in the snow the past 3 days the rds have been kinda sketch here in Michigan so the wife's explorer and this morn my jeep lol
I can't believe, your 24, you act so grown up for 24, so this is why you will have everything you want, I have watched many of your videos, you will have a brand new, 45 ft coach, and a super shop, why because you work hard, remember believe and want big things, they will come, don't worry. so anybody who is reading this, now you know what it takes to becoming a Multi Million.
Keep on keeping on that's what I always say Nice Monte Carlo I can't wait into spring to get my Pontiac T/A out and run thru the gears T-TOP Always off Snow drifting is fun 2
Happy New Year bro, I used to own a 72 Monte as well, it was like a copper gold with an off white vinyl top. Built 355 Chevy small block that ran with the 454's built for the track. I lived in Mi. and the car came from S.Carolina, and I really loved that car. 😎☮️
Congrats on the Monte Carlo man 👍 It looks and sounds so cool. I look forward to future updates and progress. I'm loving the channel and what you're doing. Best wishes for the new year and the continued development of your channel 🤙
That Monte Carlo came a long way, paint is so smoove~ Sounds good too, Old school ride, new school power. Makes me miss my 86 Cutlass Supreme T^T. I wanted to Drop a new engine in that because the old 307 was beat to heck. That was before I had the money to spare though ended up scrapping that car, floor was rusting out, still was like, my favorite car though.
@@Stapleton42 Yea, one hates to see a fixable car go to waste but it is what it is. Maybe I'll hunt down another one to stick my new engine build in if for some reason I can't make it work in my CTS. Don't really see that being an issue though since the base model is the same platform as the CTS-V without all the goodies.
Stapleton42 Happy New Year! Congrats on the 55k subs also! Recent content is on point! Back to why I subscribed. We think a lot alike. I have always respected the older generation and when they spoke I listened. You are far wiser than your age and driven to accomplish at life. When you speak people would be foolish not to listen. Best of luck in 2021! 500k subs 1 year from today? I would bet on it
I feel I could relate to this vid. I enjoy my snow horseplay, slept in pickups in my ARCA Series days and I used to work at a Blue Beacon ( not exactly my best days) LOL.
@@Stapleton42 Mostly in a relatively short period of time. I’m 38 but when I was around ARCA and NASCAR and (cough) Blue Beacon LOL was late teens into mid 20s. Now I mostly work, take care of family and wrench in the garage. Still a great life though.
I love that Monte Carlo. I have a black 1970 Chevelle 454 SS. I would love to have a Black Monte Carlo that I could install an stock LS3 and use as a more of a luxury everyday driver.
Dude, you know how you were saying about just getting your foot in the door for racing industry? Well my tyres were bald, and the engineer/fabricator across the road from my work lent me some rubber and asked me about if I’m making enough where I’m at. If that’s not a door for me to jam by broken foot into I don’t know what else is 😂
Those old gas pumps are the best, you can literally feel how much more gas they pass through compared to new pumps. Nowadays, the longer you stay at the pump, the longer you stare at the commercial and marketing banners while you fill up, the more likely you are to buy that crap when you get inside.

Who’s ready for some 2000 Talledega style boom tubes on this thing??

When I was a kid my grandparents bought a new 1974 Monte Carlo and immediately modded it with curb feelers, which are fun to twang as a six-year-old.

People ask me if it’s a Harley edition 😂🥴
Love the Monte! That should be fun to follow 👍
Monte is bad ass. I had a 1970 as a daily for about a year. It was a one owner car from a old man. 350 turbo 350 car. Loved it.
