AR 27-10 was updated to have only Company Grade and Field Grade ART 15s with 2 proceedings being Summarized and General. Been reading through the regulations studying for my SSG board and watching your videos. Great content, keep it up 1SG!

Summarized are non formal but your not going to see anything above a company CDR give them.
Then you have max punishments that a company and field grade officer can give.
Shoot even a GCMCA can give one with even more punishment.

From a old Solider, made my first board in 1982, times were VERY different then, I pinned as a hard strip because of my MOS, and the board reflected that in the questioning, we also had Spc5 back then going to the board, at that time they were not considered a NCO, and were boarded accordingly, never mind about the Spc6 that were still around, army sure has changed,

Hello, as far as Military Justice -I come from a long-line of military descendants serving America abroad Europe ect...I believe you don't have the civil right to use someone who is obviously serving the country for a better prospective and only to give in to dregs off the street.
