Thank you! I did not understand their GasBack program at first. I've been using the Pay with Gasbuddy card regularly at the pump & it's great- any discount helps right now. Also, if you pay at the pump without activating a discount, you can actually go back and claim that discount later. You have a limited window to do so, but it usually notifies you right away.

I also am not thrilled by watching for deals on gas. I wouldn't go fill up at a station for 0.25$ off if I had 3/4 of a tank already.
I used my card today for the first time. It was $75.01. I looked on my app and it said $66.43. But, my online banking app shows $75.01. Will that change to $66.43 after a certain amount of time?
@@CarsonReed7 this is not how it works. If you have never used the card you and you spend $75 at $5/gallon, your bank will get charged $75 ( aka 15 gallons). If you have the default 2 cents/gallon then your card gas buddy card will get a possible balance of 30 cents (aka 15 gallons * 2 cents ). The next time you get gas that will apply first. So if you get another $75 at 5/gallon, then your bank will be charged $74.70 + gas buddy balance of 30 cents.
Cards been pretty disappointing. The lowest prices in my area are significantly lower than participating stations. I’ve tried the card at one that isn’t listed as not allowing the card. But the card didn’t work there. When the difference between that station or Costco and the rest of the much higher prices, more than 40¢, makes this card worthless as the discount on that could not be achieved with the card. The prices in town have also been significantly over quoted by members and the company refuses to close the accounts that continue to falsely post artificially high prices, boomer trump/ maga move.

Bummer, I got the gas buddy card but you need to enter a pin number. So I can't use it in NJ, where no attendant has been willing to do that for me...

It would be the credit price so if you go to stations that charge more for that, it may not be worth it unfortunately
