Hello beauties! So I´ve finally done this very requested tutorial for you! I´ve big naturally curly hair and therefor I allways get questions about my hair routine, what products I use and how someone with straight hair can fake my big curly hair. So yeah, this video is for you who have staright hair but loves big curly hair. This is how you can fake it!:D

If you really want to make your hair look naturally curly and voluminous inconsistency is key. Make sure; some bits are straighter than others, starts some curls lower down the hair shaft than others, brush some small pieces out until frizzy (but still hold their shape) and most importantly you will achieve a more natural look using a hair wand with grooves/ bumps. (The baByliss diamond curl)- curly hair comes in so many variations you can tailor the process to your desire.

Crazy danners! love there's ways to get these with no heat yeah. they're called straw curls! just look it up there's allot of tutorials on it :)

It’s so easy to tell that her curls are fake even if she said they weren’t🙄🙄
Natural curls curl from the very root all the way down to the tips and are not totally uniform and frizz free. Hers are frizz free, uniform, way too perfect to be natural, and her roots are straight as a horsetail with a tiny wave and that’s it. Nice try hun but you ain’t fooling me. Natural curls have frizz, it’s just the way it is.

It's kinda funny that I'm sitting here watching this and seeing people wanting curly hair so badly, thinking about a childhood and good amount of my adult life hating my naturally very curly hair.
That's life I guess.
I had very curly hair into my adult life until after my children were born. Something changed with my hair and it is not even slightly wavy anymore. I miss having curly hair!!

I'm pretty sure you were looking for inspiration on TH-cam as well and a majority of the videos in which you did get your inspiration from, were African American or African based!!! I did these knots when I was a kid to get my extremely straight hair curly. I was 6 years old and I promise you I didn't copy anyone. It is ridiculous to make an issue of a hairstyle. You've never heard a white women scream 'you are appropriating white european hairstyles without giving proper credit!' (scream would be caps as you type above).
Lmaoooo my mom used to do this to her hair all the time ,she's doesn't even know what the fuck Bantu knots are . stop bitching and moaning every day. White ppl don't complain when y'all wear blonde straight hair and blue contacts smh
I've been doing "that thing" for my straight hair for all my life because it's just the easiest and more logic way to do it if you want to obtain that result. It's human LOGIC. Do you have ANY idea of how many times people all around the world in different cultures and at different times have come up with the same ideas simply because they made sense?
