Soapy water will do the trick and I don't know why the transfer paper is so sticky? Must be one of those heavy-duty one.

@@2gioz The heavy-duty transfer paper will peel the decal off easily even though is placed on the surface dry. I know how you feel just peeled it off. Been there friend. I hope everything goes well on your next decals.
