Check out DrMindy Pelz- metabolic health can be free, especially Intermittent Fasting and gut health. Mark Hyman has interviewed her. I would LOVE to hear you speak about what a mother can do for her babies NOW, since both of my babies have been born via C-section (despite my best efforts) and one of them did have antibiotics in his first year (before I learned to trust my mama intuition and put an end to that). So what do we do now? What probiotics can we give our young children ( and what other things can we do) to fix their gut so that they aren’t set up for early colon cancer?
Dr Bryan Ardis - look up his videos - He said that God gave our bodies nicotinic acetylcholine receptors and that covid proteins get in those receptors and we can't smell, but if you chew nicotine gum for 10 minutes a few times a day or use 2-3 mg patches, those receptors will let go of the covid proteins and take up the nicotine and our sense of smell returned. I was skeptical but it worked after 1 week of chewing the gum. In researching nicotine, it is in many of the nightshade vegetables that we eat, with no warning labels. Nicotine is also an antidote for snake bites.... seems nicotine was vilified yet it is the other chemicals added to cigarettes and chew that purposely makes it addictive. I used nicotine gum and got my sense of smell back in a week.
