  • This exercise is great for activating the gluteal muscles, improving hip stability. Hip stability is important for reducing back and knee pain and the prevention of future injuries. There are different ways to perform this exercise which can increase or decrease the difficulty, the exercise should feel challenging after performing several reps but not painful or impossible.
