- The murder trial of Karen Read ends in a mistrial, as the jury couldn’t come up with a unanimous verdict. While this specific against Read may be over, her legal road is far from over. And this morning, there's new fallout in the aftermath of the decision.

The commonwealth should have never embarrassed themselves prosecuting this case. Only thing the prosecutor brought to light is a serious need for reform within their police departments! Horrible corruption and incompetence.

Where Higgins? Where’s his phone?
Higgins is a federal employee, ATF. He wasn’t at the Boston office or any main, large, division branch. He has screwed up before and sent to Canton, one man nothing office. Higgins was probably transferred to a more remote location. He violated federal regulations…big no no. Or he is no longer a federal agent.
If jurors don’t understand scientific evidence or reasonable doubt, they shouldn’t be on a jury. Those jurors are disgraceful.
If I was a juror I would be infuriated to find out about the FBI investigation, the Internal Affairs investigation and the fact that immediately following the verdict Proctor gets rehomed. This tells me that if the verdict came back guilty, that SOB would still have his current job. It cant end with this being the only accountability for all of these corrupt people.
Wonder what the jury is going to think after they find out the FBI provided witnesses and are still investigating?
Because of PROCTOR this case should have been thrown out and Karen should have been determine NG.
It's still shocking that the jury didn't find her NG. All these jury members should be questioned and investigated.
What an embarrassment for Mass. FBI needs to step in immediately and end all of the horrific actions. It’s as if Canton PD and State Troopers have ZERO training. Just shocking behavior that victims of crimes have no hope for justice if they can’t do their jobs correctly. How any juror could NOT FIND REASONABLE DOUBT is inconceivable.

Nope, most likely promoted. The MSP is CYA mode to minimize legal ramifications. The MSP attorneys have been working overtime. Proctors supervisors may be, or should be, demoted also.
Michael Proctor, and his superiors- aka Bukenick, have tarnished the reputation of Massachusetts state police. The conduct of both these people are horrendous including the inverted videos. Both these officers, perjured themselves on the witness stand as far as I’m concerned.
Any retrial will come with the same results ''mistrial' or a not guilty verdict and a waste of taxpayers $$$$$$$.

I agree about those who practice wickedness. I also agree Karen's expressions looks bad in public. I don't agree she is guilty after watching this trial from beginning to end. The experts about his injuries, ME, Dr. Sheridan and the Ph.D non biased Biomechanic Ph.D. stated it was impossible the SUV hit him. She did not kill John.
Also I don't know why those prosecution's don't actually go after criminals! Oh wait I do!!!

she had no reason to call 911, even the snow plow worker never saw a body there. Did you listen to anything? His last pass was around 330 and he said there was no body in the yard, the only damage was hid face was beat to hell and dog bites on his arm. JOHNS Phone GPS stopped at 12:25 fact absolutley no movement after it stopped . At 12:23, John's phone gps data records the 3 point turn into 34 Fairview. Karens Suv vehicle control data recorded 24 mph reverse back up of 62 feet. This is plotted by miles on the suv within 8 minutes leading up to 12:30. This is when karen hit John. At 12:35, karen left hang up on John's phone fact. Fact at 12:36 Karen's phone connects to wifi at one meadows. That only leaves a few minutes for all of what the defense claims. What happened supposedly the fight in the house with the dog dragging the body to the lawn with all parties involved, Absolutley insanely absurd to make such a ludicrous claim. As for the defence On it’s own the Apple Health app is limited. It really does require accessories to gather the data. Jen Mccabes times don't matter as much since the human element of recalling 2 and a half years ago is a factor. Karen's Guilty of murder
