Thanks moe. Yes the drain was running all the time so made sense to block it off. The manhole need to be moved out of the build line of the new extension being built.
Thanks for letting me know that. The Chanel evolved around the unblocking side but chucked a few other things on it. Different people are looking for different material for different reasons. If I think something is going to be interesting or educational I will share it with yous no problem Chris. 🍻
🤩🤩🤩Yes it was a deep one. The Groundworker who was doing the Extention wanted it moved out the building line to outside the Extention altogether but unfortunately he was not competent moving it as it was a live sewer and think about 1.6m deep. We have done many live connections over the years and was nice to video you a one. We tend to get all the hard jobs that no one els wants to do but we love them ones. 👍
We are doing one like this but we have to take the manhole out and replace with a pipe so its sealed. The only issue i can see is how do you get the drain plug out afterwards? I guess if you can find the next manhole in line and block it there it will be good with some rope to pull it out if it's too bad. Otherwise you need to put a sealed manhole or a strap on boss that can be sealed afterwards to get the plug out. Otherwise I'm not doing the connection live my boss can convince someone else @cleanadrainltd1246

I'm interested to know that by tamping the drains that way, how many callbacks have you had this year alone?
Non if you do the job correctly first time. We never have to go back 🍻
🎉HAPPY🍾NEW🥂YEAR!🎊

Hi where can you get them balloon things you inflate to stop the flow of water from the mains? How do you pump them up as well ?
James Burrels sell them. Just a normal car pump inflates them 👍👍
Hi mate, roughly how much does this type of relocation cost?
Hi it all depends on the property as there are so many variables along with depth and access 🍻
Whoa, that one is DEEP, I think you're going to have to crawl down over IN that one, lol!!! Well, maybe not!!!
