I bought the a6 planner, weekly supplement, cherry blossoms cover with clear cover, card folder, their new cutesy pencil board and somehow I forgot that a6 set of 3 folders. It was in my wishlist but I ended up forgetting 😢. I also bought another few jelly covers from another maker and a black pebble leather cover for when I want to swap from pink to black. Shipping was $35. Next year I’m bundling up with other people. That was costly to ship my items.
shipping is always exorbitant! 😥 in the past when it was determined by weight, there was a year where it was the same price as the products i bought. it’s tough because i love supporting them directly and the markups in other stores can be pretty high. kind of makes me wish they had a warehouse stateside 😭 and oh no!! the 3 folder set is so cute, i hope you’re able to get them eventually!!

I enjoy hobonichi the quotes don’t bother me because i can’t get my hand at that bottom page anyway. It gives me an excuse to continue using hobo despite the quotes. Makes me feel as if I’m not wasting any space.
I also got the Hobonichi Weeks Botanicals!(with the clear cover) 2024 will be my first time using a Hobonichi planner. My only experience with Hobonichi are their A5 Plain in the Normal design and the Yamazakura one. I absolutely love writing on them with my fountain pens.

Still considering an a6 but this year so far I haven’t used it much since I tend to journal in a digital form (I just type so much faster than I write. What is the zippered pouch that looks like cow print? Is that a Hobonichi drawer pouch? I’ve never ordered one of those and am curious as to how they compare to the holders/pouches I use.
i’m very guilty of typing up journal notes digitally that i say i’m going to transfer to my hobonichi and never do haha. and the cow print pouch is actually a bag for the Nintendo Switch that i bought from Urban Outfitters a few years ago and now use for journaling supplies! i love the look of the drawer pouches but haven’t bought one yet
I was so excited about the 2024 Hobonichi launch. I got everything I wanted except the Little Gifts cover 😭 it sold out sooo fast! I know they are going to restock though, but the shipping cost to the states ☹️ I love your point about the AVEC. I also get kind of discouraged by blank pages adding up.
oh no!! maybe you’ll be able to find it in one of the FB groups? I feel like so many covers end up there - that’s where I got a sold out CoC once year 🤞
