I don´t really understand the question because first of all it´s all relative. What is a lot of food for one person can be too much for another person. So never compare yourself to others. Second of all I have worked on my gut health for many years, my gut is cleeeeeean 😉 and I have a symbiotic gut flora/microbiome. No parasites, no bad bacteria! If you have such a proper functioning gut you are able to absorb all the nutrients from your food in a much more efficient way. I actually have to watch what I am eating now because I can gain weight very easily from raw food. I also don´t experience this toxic hunger anymore, which most people have to deal with. Also why do you think I do not eat any fats?? 🤔 There are clearly healthy fat sources in my meals (the energy balls on its own are a fat bomb 😂). I just don´t consume refined oils. In fact a fat free diet isn´t even possible unless you only consume refined sugar and protein powder 😂 otherwise you always have plenty of fatty acids in fruits, leafy greens, veggies and obviously in nuts and seeds, avocado, olives etc. I hope this was helpful and cleared it up for you. @ just about calories. Have you ever counted how many calories you actually get in one day of these? A green juice, a salad with very little fats, and a few dates in a day seems to me to be not over 600-800 calories, which is well below what someone would expect for an adult. And what do you mean by clean gut and parasites? With no proper testing you cannot tell if there are some imbalances in the gut biome... I am on a high raw diet since many years now, I don’t consume oils ether but I consume fats everyday, and carbs from fruits, veg, sweet potatoes and pumpkin. I do have vegetables juices in the morning and I eat a salad which is around twice as big as yours everyday. That is just enough to maintain my weight which is slightly underweight. ... true that you should not compare but it is hard not to in this case.
@ girl don’t worry about me! I know what I’m doing. I eat around 2000 and 2300 calories a day which is plenty for me. How do you know I haven’t done proper testing? Because I have!! Also have you realised how much fruit I consume??? I don’t think so! My orange juice in the morning alone has around 500 calories plus all the fruits I eat and my salad dressings have a huge amount of fruit too! So if you would have watched more consciously you would have noticed that 600-800 calories is a joke. I am glad you found a way that works for you and like I said it makes absolutely no sense to compare yourself. I live this lifestyle since over 5 years now, do you think I would continue if it doesn’t work?
@ also if you’re slightly underweight you probably have to work on your gut. If you are not able to absorb the nutrients from your food properly, it’s because a compromised gut. Once you are able to absorb nutrients in a very effective way you don’t need to overeat anymore 👍 most people eat too much, too often and too late. The people who live the longest are not overeating.
@ thank you Lena, yes you’re probably right ... unfortunately my gut got damaged by antibiotics in 2020-2022 and very strong ones ... Long story but I was very ill. I always eat too late too... Thank you for your kind comments and for all the explanations
