Hi ini Gusion user. You forget 2 biggest advantage from 10 combo 1. Time. 5+5 combo take time bit more than 10 combo dagger. Remember enemy wont stay still when u come. And when u come with dagger and auto attack, Gusion will not move for second which make some dagger miss.if enemy moving/run. Beside often 10 dagger damage is more than enough, especially if you buy glowing Wand (because each dagger trigger glowing Wand passive, so at least 10 dagger × 4% hp = 40% damage, this not mention damage from skill and enemy magic resistance-your magic penetration). Often, if u want kill enemy faster, many top global just use 2-3-2-1-1-2 for safety 2. Condition. Especially in teamfight, many unexpected thing happen, like suddenly enemies change attack direction to you, disable, or maybe just with half combo enemy already died. 5+5 combo ideal if you can survive and enemy not moving faster than Gusion. 10 combo dagger allow Gusion to catch and choose enemy to kill. So, 5+5 combo of enemy is tanky and cant run, 10 dagger for flexibility

It also depends on the enemy that you'll encounter if the enemy is tank or fighter cuz fighter has an armor on the fighter emblem much better to use 5+5, when the enemy you encountered doesn't have much armor like mage marksman support or assassin i would go for the 10 combo for fast kill
Yes, the 5+5 dagger combo might be safer to use, but one major drawback is that the combo takes a significantly longer time to execute. Perfectly hitting your enemy with his passive 3 times will make you unable to move while doing a basic attack, hence they have a bigger chance of escaping (IF you don't have your first skill marked on them). Consider this: the 5+5 combo should only be used on early game where heroes deal much less damage, or when the enemy is alone so his other teammates don't come and gank you. During a teamfight however, its better to use a 10 dagger combo since all the returning daggers can hit multiple enemies on the way. 10 dagger combos should also be used to chase down low HP enemies.

Perhaps this is because the 10 dagger combo is faster to execute and with an assassin like gusion you need to kill your enemy quickly, so that’s a factor that needs to be taken into consideration as well.

Watched half bro but best gusion tutorial i ever seen.. I played around 500 matches with gusion but still i ignoring his passive it was hard to understand. Now everything is clear
I'm pretty solid with Gusion but still haven't tried 5+5 combo lol. 10 daggers at once, job done smoothly. Especially useful while turret diving and even if you miss, it's ok, you'll get em next time😂
In playing Gusion, you should consider about the enemy position , spell and movement because sometimes gusion combos are not that quite effective that it use to be. In killing tanky heroes, I use the 5 +5 but before using the 3rd skill, be aware if you were been stunned or not which is his weakness on the early game and always have another hero accompanied you during early game. I use the 10 dagger combo on squishy marksman and mage heroes since he is a mage assassin but be sure you have a good timing on recalling your daggers, cause sometimes it only caused slight damage to the enemies.

For me it depends on the situation. 10 dagger combo is a waste for killing squishy heroes, 5 daggers+passive is enough. I mix them up both depending on the situation.

I'm a gusen (i prefer gusen than gusion, btw) practitioner and i find this video demo true. I knew there is something a bit off of that 10 daggers combo but just can't explain. This video had answered my question. The only contradiction i had on this video is that, for me, 5+5 daggers is "easy to use and easy to master". My first gameplay of gusen is an attempt to do the 10-dagger combo but always end up in 5+5-dagger combo, hahaha. Now i finally knew how to do the 10-dagger combo but i don't recommend this. It's too risky, and only best in 1v1. If you find this yourself in a team clash, 10-dagger is ONLY best when you got free hit and the enemy team was caught off-guard. I rather recommend the 5+5-dagger combo because of its cost effectiveness. A lot of options you can do on this combo. There was a time when i was pinched in a 3v1 and i manage to take 2 of them.. And oh, i really didn't notice that in 5+5 you can trigger his passive 3x..
Whatever role you play or any champion you play with, you need to use their skills depending upon the situation. But this video is all about the experiment so just enjoy.
What I do with gusion is to first assess if the enemy can run. I usually do it by stalking and counting cooldowns. Then if the enemy can't run, I'll use sword spike to mark then quickly follow up the mark. Upon reaching the enemy, i'll hit the enemy first with a basic attack(this will startle the enemy and force him to use whatever escape skill it has) after the hit and the enemy has used the escape skill you usually end up in a position that makes you hard to miss the shadowblade slaughter, use shadowblade slaughter then use ultimate to close gap between you and target then use basic attack to trigger passive then another shadowblade slaughter followed by a quick sword spike and then call all 10 daggers to the marked enemy. After this it's either i hit->dash away or dash(to close gap)->hit to trigger the passive. This combo is very tricky to the enemy because you don't throw all skill immediately and will leave them double guessing what will hapoen next. Of course with gusion you can always mix it up depending on the situation that's why he's oneof the better heroes in the game.🙂
I can execute the 5+5 dagger combo with three passives in 1-2 seconds. How I execute it: •1st skill - tap 5 times quickly •2nd skill - 1). aim it at your opposite direction while Gusion is chasing the target then release your finger when you reach poking state. Only do this if your target's distance is farther than half of your 1st skill's range, aim at the front if you think your target will sidestep your 1st skill(Ex. Dash skill or flicker). 2). Just like what he said, its all about maximizing the dmage specially the passive. 5+5 combo is best suited for not so mobile heroes like the tanks and other mm or mage with no escape but if the target is like haya or fanny, 10dagger is best combo for them.
timing is the key. no timing the combo would be useless. if the enemy if far(after casting 1st and 2nd) use the 1st then the 2nd, and if the enemy is just aside use 2nd then 1st. remember timing is everything. Always reserved ur Second ultimate to escape if you go for tower dives
5+5 daggers biggest draw back is if you enemy has a stun or airborne.. you need to keep your distance and kill the enemies quickly thats why the 10 daggers has been made.. gusion biggest weakness is stun because he doesnt have imunitylike lance.. btw great efforts on the vid..
5+5 Combo is for survival deployment which your against Fighter or tanky ones .. 10 DAGGER COMBO is made for Squishy Targets ..and quick escape strategy in order to get off in teamfight quickly without getting killed .. it really depends .. especially in situations and opponents..by the way nice video ..
In my opinion use the 10 dagger combo for fast kills and the 5 by 5 if you wanna play with your enemy The 10 dagger is good for being in team battles and the 5 by 5 is about for 2 or 3 enemies

one combo to counter fanny make sure ur 1st skill hits her...just throw the 2nd skill daggers dont worry whether it hits her or not n do a 5 dagger combo running towards her...this will make her hp go down a lot...instead of running towards her back n using ur 2nd skill which may end in just losing 2nd skill if she flies away...
Nice video.. and Im gonna share my tip.. 5+5 daggers combo is good for early game if you do not have spell vamp because gusion passive can give him more HP.. and after you buy spell vamp.. its good to use 10 daggers combo because it can deal more damage.. dont worry about the HP because you already have spell vamp.. As i newly practising gusion, i don't rely in every single combo i learned. I learned that the finale two attacks whether to tap 2nd then 1st or 1st then 2nd depends on the distance of daggers away + gusion distance from an enemy hero = equal enough to make a perfect timing. Takes time and more practise, you get better and better. Most of the time i miscalculated the travel + daggers so i fcked up. But when an enemy is near me and so the daggers, the few remaining combos will be a quick 2nd then 1st. Not applicable when an enemy is too far and applied this because you might have retrieved those daggers first before dashing to your enemy. Therefore, useless. :)
5+5 daggers make time for enemies to backup. Diving twice in battle is like a suicide for gusion. Use 5+5 daggers only when only enemy tank is left or while you can see his teammates on opposite of the map. Don't try when there is Johnson, Natalia or Hercult, good players always get on time to finish you before you can finished their tank. Don't use 1 skill right away when you meet good players. They time to dodge with blink or run around you.
the twice dagger combo is very usefull if you use it for tanks, because his passive help him deal damage more, but the 10 dagger combo is useful if you want to "instant" kill enemy marksman, or mage in ambush (you hide in the bush then suddenly attack the enemy lowest hp) so i think its good to compare it, but importantly, it depends on what kind of enemy you want to kill... correct me if i'm wrong, thanks.
Im still practicing gusion im in 330matches with him.. andmy build is cooldown items from mage. My style is 2+1+1+2+3(out)...if doesnt die on the firstcombo......2+1+1+2+3(out)again...i think its the basic or it depends on the user.. usually ido this combo just to deal damge when i finally have cd items. but imma try this one.. still new to gusion even im having 330matches with him 😄 but still he has lots of combo to deal with.
Both of strategy is depend on situation u have.. U can do the second one if u fight in 1v1 but if you are in team fight u can use both of the strategy, because using strategy is always in your situatuon during clash or 1v1
If you're up against assasins or any hero with high mobility it's better to use the 10 dagger combo since the 5+5combo takes more time and by the time you finish it your enemy probably already escape
For Short. 10 daggers combo are good for squishy heroes to burst them out. 5+5 daggers combo are good for tanky heroes because of the 3 passive activation.

5+5 daggers combo is good for early game if you do not have spell vamp because gusion passive can give him more HP.. and after you buy spell vamp.. its good to use 10 daggers combo because it can deal more damage.. dont worry about the HP because you already have spell vamp..

As i newly practising gusion, i don't rely in every single combo i learned. I learned that the finale two attacks whether to tap 2nd then 1st or 1st then 2nd depends on the distance of daggers away + gusion distance from an enemy hero = equal enough to make a perfect timing. Takes time and more practise, you get better and better. Most of the time i miscalculated the travel + daggers so i fcked up. But when an enemy is near me and so the daggers, the few remaining combos will be a quick 2nd then 1st. Not applicable when an enemy is too far and applied this because you might have retrieved those daggers first before dashing to your enemy. Therefore, useless. :)

5+5 daggers make time for enemies to backup. Diving twice in battle is like a suicide for gusion. Use 5+5 daggers only when only enemy tank is left or while you can see his teammates on opposite of the map. Don't try when there is Johnson, Natalia or Hercult, good players always get on time to finish you before you can finished their tank. Don't use 1 skill right away when you meet good players. They time to dodge with blink or run around you.

the twice dagger combo is very usefull if you use it for tanks, because his passive help him deal damage more, but the 10 dagger combo is useful if you want to "instant" kill enemy marksman, or mage in ambush (you hide in the bush then suddenly attack the enemy lowest hp) so i think its good to compare it, but importantly, it depends on what kind of enemy you want to kill... correct me if i'm wrong, thanks.
Im still practicing gusion im in 330matches with him.. andmy build is cooldown items from mage. My style is 2+1+1+2+3(out)...if doesnt die on the firstcombo......2+1+1+2+3(out)again...i think its the basic or it depends on the user.. usually ido this combo just to deal damge when i finally have cd items. but imma try this one.. still new to gusion even im having 330matches with him 😄 but still he has lots of combo to deal with.

Both of strategy is depend on situation u have..
U can do the second one if u fight in 1v1 but if you are in team fight u can use both of the strategy, because using strategy is always in your situatuon during clash or 1v1

If you're up against assasins or any hero with high mobility it's better to use the 10 dagger combo since the 5+5combo takes more time and by the time you finish it your enemy probably already escape

For Short.
10 daggers combo are good for squishy heroes to burst them out.
5+5 daggers combo are good for tanky heroes because of the 3 passive activation.
I've been Using this technic since Z4pnu's 4th Gussion Gameplay 🤔
I don't even use Gusion. I have never used the character because I don't own him yet 😂
