Any donations I get on the promenade I give to the homeless.… And I don’t mean me! We can house the homeless and still have plenty of nice things for the rich. We live in the richest most powerful country in the whole wide world. There’s no reason for poor people to be sleeping in the streets! Santa Monica, we can be part of the solution, by building affordable, housing, not part of the problem , by criminalizing, sleeping bags and bed rolls, as Phil Brock, Oscar de la Torre and other city council members have done.
