I've been shooting with all these suggestions in place and I keep having an issue where once I post it to IG whether it be story or post, my videos get compressed and the quality gets way worse than how it appears in my camera roll. Any further advice? Thanks!
Why do you suggest we shoot in 4k 60fps when instagram only supports 1080p 30fps ? I don’t want insta to do any compression so I’ll shoot my video in 1080p 30fps in first go right ? Also, in low light conditions I’ve seen more noise in 4k 60 and no noise in 1080 30
No. If you set higher quality and higher fps, insta will have to do more compression and video still looks shitty. Better results are with lower quality settings
