A very intense workout today. Whole body worked and energised, thank you Caroline. Said it so many times but the only fitness you tuber that I felt is challenging us, listening to us, honest, no frills, motivating, well planned, brighten every ones' days, infectious, I mean, the list goes on. Since starting back at work, found it a bit rushed in the morning, thus, not coming on here to comment that often but I missed reading everyone's comments. Hope everyone had a good workout. 💕

Killed it, probably created a gallon of sweat. I always tell myself that - SOME people will never EVER even choose to sweat at 60+ - and some cannot for physical reasons... to sweat is a privilege and you make us sweat in the best possible way to be our best selves. And this is such an interesting way to do dropsets...not reducing weights but changing the range of movement! As always there is something new and interesting from Caroline! As others have previously posted, I am under the Caroline spell. I've tried Peloton (those people are just WEIRD), my self-written workouts (I'm a previous D1 collegiate swimmer so I know a thing or two about fitness/weight-lifting), and nothing has stuck like Caroline. Her workouts fly by, her energy is literally contagious, her accent is so endearing, and the workouts are straight-forward and extremely effective. Love her. Thanks to Caroline and the entire production team!
I really like this EPIC Heat format - 30 mins at a higher intensity. Very efficient, and if you have energy for a little bit more after that, you can easily add on one of the many short workouts that Caroline has, to complement / supplement it.

Gosh the last 3.5 mins was not funny at all. The Bulgarian lunge hold was tougher than a wall sit. And then the final lunge jumps to top it off! But still... I enjoyed it very much LOL! The combination of exercises in each drop set was really good.
I'm currently stuck in a foreign country and all my sports equipment is limited to four 5-litre water bottles 😂 But Caroline's workouts combined with long runs around local hills really make me feel alive, energised and optimistic no matter what. I greatly appreciate everything you do, Caroline 🙏Good luck everyone!

And than i told him that i always workout in my home, with profesional trainer..CAROLINE GIRVAN He was laughing on me and he said, thats not enough. And than i told him to try one of your excercise. He picked your bicep exercise with 8KG dumbell. And than he told me that it is THE BEST VIDEO WORKOUT EVER!!! He feel more effective than what he was doing before. I can't make up my mind what is my favorite day - I come away from all your classes Caroline thinking that was the best! You really have inspired me to do quality over quantity and I have gotten stronger and calmer in how I approach my workouts instead of jumping from one thing to the other - concentrating on reps instead of form. I doubt that I am the only one that continues to get workout sessions on their phone or tablet. Some of them are to the point of being obnoxious with their mouths going constantly. I would have to say Caroline that I can truly understand why you have the largest community of followers in the work out world. Another challenging workout. It was humbling to have to drop to lower weights but it was the only way for me to push through. I can’t thank Caroline enough for these workouts.

Epic Heat day 19 done ✅ I love they way Caroline always has a smile for us.....even while giving us a severe beating!! 😆😂🤣 This one kicked my ass - CG and I became estranged during this workout!! 😆 I don’t even know why it was so hard, it just was! 😳🥴 reassuringly CG paused a lot throughout, which gives you some indication of how hard this was!! The 3 minute Bulgarian lunge finisher with jumping lunges at the end was pure fire 🔥🔥🔥
I was wondering why is was so amazingly hard too Nana. On paper it looks easily doable..in real life it's doable as your slowing dying🤣. That finisher was something else..oh my gosh!! Total burner!! All but completely destroyed my legs😅

I just have to comment on this workout! I can barely type right now! Not only was strength and endurance called for in this routine, but holy cow…… my grip and forearms are just wiped out!!! I had to drop to my 20’s because I just couldn’t hold the 25’s anymore. Well done Caroline, you really are a robot 🦾🔥

I can’t help but admire your strength and the effort you put in designing your workouts, I have never seen a trainer with such well-thought workouts! You do that for us every single day AND for free. Before Epic1 I was so weak and unmotivated I was literally unable to lift any kind of dumbbell and following along with you I have reached a level of fitness I never thought I would, specially in the comfort of my home. And this is such an interesting way to do dropsets...not reducing weights but changing the range of movement! As always there is something new and interesting from Caroline! As others have previously posted, I am under the Caroline spell. I've tried Peloton (those people are just WEIRD), my self-written workouts (I'm a previous D1 collegiate swimmer so I know a thing or two about fitness/weight-lifting), and nothing has stuck like Caroline. Her workouts fly by, her energy is literally contagious, her accent is so endearing, and the workouts are straight-forward and extremely effective. Love her. Thanks to Caroline and the entire production team!
I really like this EPIC Heat format - 30 mins at a higher intensity. Very efficient, and if you have energy for a little bit more after that, you can easily add on one of the many short workouts that Caroline has, to complement / supplement it.

Gosh the last 3.5 mins was not funny at all. The Bulgarian lunge hold was tougher than a wall sit. And then the final lunge jumps to top it off! But still... I enjoyed it very much LOL! The combination of exercises in each drop set was really good.
I'm currently stuck in a foreign country and all my sports equipment is limited to four 5-litre water bottles 😂 But Caroline's workouts combined with long runs around local hills really make me feel alive, energised and optimistic no matter what. I greatly appreciate everything you do, Caroline 🙏Good luck everyone!

I doubt that I am the only one that continues to get workout sessions on their phone or tablet. Some of them are to the point of being obnoxious with their mouths going constantly. I don’t even know why it was so hard, it just was! 😳🥴 reassuringly CG paused a lot throughout, which gives you some indication of how hard this was!!
The 3 minute Bulgarian lunge finisher with jumping lunges at the end was pure fire 🔥🔥🔥
I was wondering why is was so amazingly hard too Nana. On paper it looks easily doable..in real life it's doable as your slowing dying🤣. That finisher was something else..oh my gosh!! Total burner!! All but completely destroyed my legs😅

I just have to comment on this workout! I can barely type right now! Not only was strength and endurance called for in this routine, but holy cow…… my grip and forearms are just wiped out!!! I had to drop to my 20’s because I just couldn’t hold the 25’s anymore. Well done Caroline, you really are a robot 🦾🔥

Yes!! When she started doing them I was like 😳😱!! "What in the heck is that?!?!" And then more poor legs proceeded to do them as well🥵! They made it...if you call giving out several times making it😆!! Loved it tho!!

I can’t help but admire your strength and the effort you put in designing your workouts, I have never seen a trainer with such well-thought workouts! You do that for us every single day AND for free. Before Epic1 I was so weak and unmotivated I was literally unable to lift any kind of dumbbell and following along with you I have reached a level of fitness I never thought I would, specially in the comfort of my home.
