Hi again, Lora! This video is just as fascinating as the first month! Thank you for sharing it wth us.
Emperor Rosko! My boyfriend of the time loaned me his transistor radio, and I'd listen to Luxembourg and Caroline under the covers in bed at night! I remember him, Pete Murray, Tony Blackburn, Dave Lee Travis - there were others, but I'm amazed I've remembered these!
There's a lady called the nerdy farmwife who has listed soap problems, which might be helpful?
Did you begin to learn Nepali with a specific purpose? I'm curious because some of your references (eg Radio Caroline) make me think you're my generation...
The only liquorice allsorts I liked were those where I could eat the coconut part and get rid of the liquorice, and they had to be Bassetts. I hated those flat ones with the tiny beads all over them. But if I was given a packet I would separate those with layers, so I could eat the coloured fondant parts!
Oh, and your perspective wasn't off with your grater - you were just drawing the overhead view....
Looking forward to the next one. 😊

Thank you for your comment (I always like to see long comments).
I'm 49 so I don't actually remember Caroline, but I do have some old recordings of Rosko on Caroline from 1966.
Thanks for the recommendation about soap problems. I don't think I'll be trying again though for a while. I've got so many other hobbies on the go.
There are quite a lot of Nepali people who live in my town so I started off just wanting to be able to say 'hello, how are you?' and it grew from there.
I'm not a fan of liquorice either. When I was a kid my grandparents always had them and I used to eat around the liquorice and give those bits back to my nan haha. I don't mind it as much now and will eat them whole but I still avoid the ones that are mostly liquorice. And I also hate the bobbly ones!
I have recorded the next instalment today so hopefully I can get it edited later today or tomorrow.
      Thanks again
