thank you so much sir.. trust me I was stuck with an issue in xen i.e. running an iso on the host thru xen orchestra. You made it a GO.. thank you so much.. god bless you sir
Thank you for this video - I've just set up XCP-NG on a machine, but I could not figure out how to get it to load the ISOs I've downloaded to my laptop. I had to create a temporary share and mount that in Xen Orchestra, but it's allowed me to get a few VMs going (one of which will shortly be a running as a NAS for future ISO storage/access) Cheers from Scotland
Thanks for the video! Great stuff. Have you installed an AlmaLinux VM yet on XOA? If so, what was the process, we were having ISO issues... Thanks, and keep up great videos
@@jygallo4059 on templates not yet. For the ISOs uploads I always copy them over to my ISO library share. I have not used the XOA upload. But great ideas to cover in the future thanks. Perhaps you can find something on the channel from Lawrence Systems
Hello, thank you for your video. It's possibile use multiple computers with xcp-ng, and make them looks like one in a virtuale machine with (eg.) Windows Server? Because, my intection is to create a super computer for rendering activity. Are xcp-ng & Xen Orchestra a valid solution, for my purpose?
Hey, XCP-ng is not a cluster solution. It is quite the opposite XCP-ng is a hypervisor type 1 (multiple isolated VMS that shares the same hardware to maximize the use of the hardware). I do not know of any software that can turn your computers into a supercomputer like you indent to do.

Not yet. Thanks
@@hometinylab do you have a video on creating templates? OR uploading ISOs? 😁

@@hometinylab Thank you for the answer, I will try with DragonflyBSD.
why does choosing the NFS option not display the create button? I cant seem to add an nfs share for iso files
which nfs version are you using? Can you send a screenshot to my mail address, hometinylab@gmail.com?
