guys this is amazing, I am compiling screen shots of comments on Facebook I see and I will mail them over to guys at the weekend. Again This is a great film.
DELIGHTED! I always told my wife that Star Trek was not about spaceships and special effects, but about ordinary people in the worst, or best, moments of their lives. This was one of the best Star Trek stories ever. Thanks for Loving Star Trek.
I agree, a good plot and acting make for good entertainment. That is what made the original Star Trek so good, more plot, few special effects and good acting. Films like this I enjoy watching.
I'd like to thank Dave Cullen for sending me here. I've seen both of these now and they're fantastic. Its so rare to find good TNG area fan films Hope you make more in the future
Thanks Connor! Yeah it was nice of Dave to feature our films so prominently in his video. Thanks for checking it out. Our other one is here: th-cam.com/video/aaqsUI55FqU/w-d-xo.html
This is such a beautiful story and shows how magical a true Star Trek episode can be if written with the same love and skill as the franchise writers had long ago. A simple story told so elegantly. Wonderful acting, especially from the doctor who drew a tear from me at the end. It goes to show that Star Trek can be done brilliantly without a single phaser being fired. It's all about the characters, the story and getting the sincerity across to the audience. Thank you so much to everyone involved for a very warm and touching production.
Nice one Gary, I really appreciate your comments :-) Thanks for the sub too! We have another TNG era film in the works, hopefully you'll enjoy it too: th-cam.com/video/AzTOPQ0thnI/w-d-xo.html
Incredible! A Trek love story in just 20 minutes. It is captivating, very moving and highly recommended. Well done! Too bad that CBS/Paramount could not do half as good in twice the time with their current "productions". They could learn from you lot!
I can't believe I'm seeing this just about now. It is such a personal story that carries Star Trek's humble touch on human emotions. It is so simple yet so elegant.
I fully enjoyed this production on every level. Only Trek could make violating the temporal prime directive a love story. A journey back to see the love of your life one last time. Worth any punishment they would have meted out. Well done!!
Thanks Keith and excellent insight into the story. Now, does the Doctor break the Prime Directive? Was there a material change to the past? He certainly broke temporal rules and as you say, it was definitely worth it.
Excellent! In my opinion this is much more Star Trek than anything CBS/Paramount have been putting out recently. Engaging actors, characters and story.
Awww...so sweet. It was quite obvious to me what was happening after a few minutes, but the acting and the script kept me glued to the screen! Thank you for your amazing work!
That was a first for a fan film! Actors that can actually act! This is by far the best fan film I have watched, and I've watched quite a few. I felt as if I was watching actual trek. The acting was fluid and not awkward like other fan films. It left me wanting more. Very well done.
This is some real topnotch TNG temporal shenanigans the whole family can enjoy. No political agenda, no overly dark and gloomy narrative, just pure undiluted star trek. I wish you and the other fan film producers had the control of ST. i give you 100% fresh score.
Thanks Luis - that's very kind. As filmmakers it's great when one's work is appreciated. I wish we could work on the ST franchise. I'd love to be a writer on those shows.
Wow! What an enjoyable production! Great story, camera work, sets, locations, and visual effects too. The actors did a fantastic job, very believable. I'm so glad I was able to help fund your vision! Thank you!

I have seen a lot of Star Trek and Star Wars fan films and the acting in them is cringe worthy at times, but the acting and effects in this were excellent. If some fans can make films of this quality, why can't the rest of them? 10/10.
One of the very best of a ST adventure I have ever seen. It actually had the atmosphere of the original programming. So from someone who was around for the very first Star Trek when it was new, WELL done
Wow! Very well done! I'm proud to have been a part of this Kickstarter and backed your project. Please count me in on your next one, too. Congratulations!
This is just amazing! fan film done right...and on time, i couldn't tell you how excited i am that fanfilms like these are still being made, you did a very good job here, guys, keep it up, stay safe and we want more.
The acting in this story is some of the best you will see in any fan film (and some official projects). The production values and cinematography help showcase the quality of the actors and of the story they brought to the screen.
If the producers of Star Trek Discovery, and all the recent star trek films would watch this brilliant vignette, they would realize that that great Scifi storytelling does not cost millions to produce and does not have to be jam-packed with 90% CG and 10% message, but precisely the other way around. GREAT JOB!! I think Gene and Majel would be so, so pleased.
I cant get over how good this is, the music is spot on the production is perfect, it feels like a lost episode of TNG. If fans can make this how did CBS give us that unmitigated disaster called STD... Truly amazing work and a lovely story too
